has your character ever witnessed something that fundamentally changed them ? if so, does anyone else know ?

while he hasn’t witnessed anything with his own eyes, what drove him to eonia was an incident in the city where another demigod was killed by a chimera. while this was covered up by the mist and chalked up to a freak accident, kennedy had known of their lineage and not so easily convinced of the cover stories. he’d heard of monsters being a persistent threat, though had been lucky enough to not encounter one himself – but with the prompting of his parents and his own realization of danger,  he ended up applying to eonia to continue his studies.

aside from this, kennedy has heard plenty of patient stories from his parents ( nameless, of course ) over the years, which have definitely shaped and changed the way he’s thought about things.
