Head has been all over the place lately. Art has been hard. Personal life has been a stress. Finally knocked a piece out that I have wanted to make for about a month or so but just never had the time or motivation.

This will be part 1 of 3 to a (hopeful) finale for Wired Brain. Thank you for enduring this journey with me. I love you all

The Vixen's Cry Page 1 (Redo)

SO my art technique cleaned up a bit in between me originally posting the ORIGINAL page 1 and the process of making page 2, so I decided, "I'll just redo page one and keep things relatively consistent." So I yeeted the original page and got STRAIGHT TO WORK on this one. And not gonna lie, I like how this one turned out, more than the original.

The Vixen's Cry was originally a story that @misakiblossom and I started writing in 2011 and I picked back up on it about 5 years ago to continue it and change some things before I had decided, "Screw it, I'm gonna make a comic out of this, cause it kind of ties into Harvest." And here we are!

This comic will also not have a scheduled updates quite yet as I am working on what kind of schedule I want to put it on as I work on the comic itself.

So brain has been on a fast track down the path of "Let's think of your ex constantly." So I made this to more explain how I have been feeling.

So, Edmund (My grim reaper OC from my comic series) is returning to the grave site of Ghost (an old vent character that I had made, killed off brutally, had come back as a spirit and break and torture until I finally thought I made peace and gave him a flowerbed funeral) after hearing the faint dead calls of Ghost calling for his former love.

Upon arriving to the grave and listening close to what Ghost is saying, he is gutted with emotion and plans to put an end to Ghost's suffering and allow him to rest.

Got rehooked on a song by Dog Fashion Disco called 'Watching You' and the chorus reminded me of Wired Brain and the Entity. So I tossed the song on repeat and just started drawing away. It also serves as a bit of vent art to unclog all the bad thoughts and vibes I have been having for the past few days.

So I dunno whats been going on with my head lately, it just all seems like static disrupting my mind. I've been getting more and more detached from everything and have been having trouble trying to focus on anything.

I was hoping that drawing this and listening to Without You by Tub Ring on repeat would help, but I don't think it did tbh. But hey, at least I've finally got SOMETHING started and finished.

I needed to just draw something so I binged the new Puscifer song 'Bedlamite' for a while and made this mess.

I am still on hiatus due to increasing mental health issues that I'm not comfortable going into detail about here.

I just wanted a quick outlet.
