31.1.2019// Sitting at Botanik Cafe in Göttingen. I took a look to my notes from the yesterday lecture and read a chapter from Monika Rinck`s Essay collection “Risiko und Idiotie”. I fell in love with Göttingen, visiting many beautiful medieval churches under the guide of my hostel roommate, a previous student in Göttingen and a very nice person.  Since I moved to Berlin I haven´t seen much ancient history and architecture in a while!      Cafe Botanik  Untere Karspüle 1B, 37073 Göttingen

Over the summer I might post here about my travel, reading and life generally. Not explicitly studyblr content but not outside my aesthetic. I hope you all stick around because I promise there will be beautiful pictures of Oxford colleges, libraries, coffees and notebooks come September.

14.3.18// today I ended my essay on female genius in Elena Ferrante´s “My brilliant friend”. I´ve been writing and rewriting it for the past three days and I’ve been working from 10 am till 9 pm in the library. Not that I didn’t know what to write but the more you know about the topic the hardest it will be, to sum all up. Studying in the Grimm Library among fellow students that are just desperate as I am (how ugly ist this photo btw) 

10.3.17// Status of my Paper: 3676 / 6000 Words Today was a pretty busy day, nevertheless I wrote a lot and I feel so high! I worked in the Universitätsbibliothek in the morning and brought back the last books - I don´t need more research -, I had lunch with my college friends, we chitchatted cheerfully, then I worked at my paper almost till library closing time. I want to be done with it at the end of the next week ...and I have to! My mother is coming and I want to be free (I´ve been dreaming of our shopping together since a month!).

8.3.17// Good day for my writing but I'm so damned slowly! And I also had lunch with some uni friends, we chatted a lot, we had coffee and “Mohnkuchen” - poppy seeds cake, apparently quite popular here in DE - , we had such a nice time but my writing is suffering. I know, I know, students should treat themselves and don´t forget social life but I´m counting the days brokenly and it makes me so sick. 6000 Words in 10 days. LET´S DO THIS!
