Would it be possible to get some head canons for Edward and Envy as dads? Love your blog btw <3

Envy would actually be a really protective father, much to the other homunculi surprise. He actually managed to have a child despite being a homunculus so he’d be quite protective of said child. He’d also brag to the other homunculi that he managed to have a kid and they didn’t.
On that note, he might seem a little too protective especially when that child starts growing up and wants to spend time with friends. He’d probably ask the kid 50 or so questions about anyone the kid wanted to have a sleepover with. Who are they? What are their parents like? Do they have any siblings? His s/o might have to help reassure Envy that nothing bad is going to happen to their kid if they spend the night at a friend’s house.
Oh and don’t even get me started on when their kid started dating. The kid’s possible boyfriend or girlfriend would have to go through extensive questioning before even considering letting his child out of their sight. Even if that possible boyfriend or girlfriend answered all of Envy’s questions, he still might secretly follow them on dates.
During the kid’s infancy, he’d probably do everything in his power to make sure they grow up well. His s/o would practically have to drag him away from that baby with all the time Envy would spend with them. In fact his s/o would probably joke that Envy acts more like a mom then a dad with how much he’s willing to feed, bathe, and over all take care of the child.
Edward would try to be the dad he felt his own father never was. He’d try to spend as much time as possible with his kids and would feel anxious if he spent more than a day away from them.
When his kids are in infancy, he’d usually be the first one to get up if his kids needed a bottle or a diaper change. His s/o would probably find him most often in his kid’s room, fast asleep with one of his kids cradled in his arms while he sat in the rocking chair. He’d be the type of parent that couldn’t get enough of his kids.
When his kids are growing up, he’d probably teach them a bit of alchemy despite no longer being able to transmute. Although he’d probably stress again and again that human transmutation is something that should never be attempted and tell the story of how he lost his limbs over and over to the point that his kids would have that story memorized. Aside from alchemy he’d also play games with them. His s/o will commonly find him giving piggyback rides to his kids and playing games with them.
I think the teenage years would be the hardest for Edward because his kids would probably want to start hanging out more with their friends and not want to spend quite as much time with them. Oh and if his kids wanted to start dating, you can bet he’d want to meet their potential boyfriend/girlfriend and make sure they had good intentions for his kid. If his kid ever got a broken heart, his s/o might actually have to stop him from going over there and threatening the person who hurt his child.
