Ok, I’m gonna have a proud-mama moment and show y’all this kid right here. His name is DeVonn Francis–he was one of my pre-college kids ages ago and he is now the Co-Founder and Head Chef of Enroot, a traveling kitchen that hosts events that focus on farm-to-table cooking in the UK. Events are held on the farms they source from in order to establish connections between the farmers and the community. I’m just floored by what he and his crew are doing!
