Ash: This wand wood is made for someone who is not easily swayed away from their ideas or beliefs, and it is a wand that should not be passed down through families. They bond intensely with their original owners which can cause issues down the road for someone who uses this wand after their original owner (think of Ron’s first wand, which was made of Ash). It will lose its power and skill. Even though the owners of these wands are stubborn, they are almost never arrogant. I think this says  a lot about Charlie Weasley as a person, since his original wand was Ash.

Phoenix feather core: This is the rarest of the three cores that Ollivander uses, and it is the pickiest when choosing potential wizards to partner up with. They are very stubborn and have their own ideas about the magic they want their wizards to produce. However, it can produce the widest range of magic once its allegiance is won from its owner. I have noticed that owners of Phoenix core wands are rather individualistic and can kind of be lone wolves at times. Much like the Phoenix they get the feather from, they like to be on their own and do things independently (think Harry Potter and Voldemort).

10 inches: This is a shorter wand, which would indicate a timid personality. You would most likely be a very subtle spell-caster. If you do not have a timid personality and are possibly just shorter in height, then it would be balancing out the other aspects of your wand (especially since Ash wood and Phoenix feather cores have very strong characteristics). Wands and wizards work together to make the “perfect” magical being, so they always want to work to balance out your traits.

Hard: This means this wand is rather stubborn and not as easily adaptable as others, which could indicate a stronger personality. Which I think is very much shown in your wand (where your length is balancing you out). However, this means that your wand is very loyal compared to flexible wands and its allegiance cannot be easily won away from you.
