After we visited the museum, we took a look at the pictures we captured to identify any insights. Ss found that the exhibits communicated information using clear layouts, provided immersive experiences, activated one or more of the five senses, and provoking emotions. G4 Ss loved sharing their ideas w/ their classmates during the @ideo Really Bad Ideas brainstorm! Developing creative "fluency" in a lowstakes, nonjudgmental brainstorming environment. Led to large quantity of ideas and less frequency of getting stuck! Warm up to get the juices flowing. Some of these bad ideas could have been modified to become innovative ones by building upon them. First design challenge this year! During this session I totally butchered the part where I was suppose to model the interview process during the empathize phase. Totally forgot to start broad, getting to the know the person and what he or she values, and then going narrow, asking specific questions pertaining to the challenge.
