Do you know a soul whisperer? If you have that person, that healer who can read your soul and keep it safe in their hand, cherish them. They are rare. Never take them for granted. You will never find another.

When the connection is this strong, you can hear all the words that were never said.

Some emotions need to be screamed. Others need to be whispered. Some emotions need to be written down and released. Still others can only be felt. Just let it sit inside you, and be felt. It is for those emotions that I will lend you the space between my arms.

I know you’re strong. I know you got this. But I also know that sometimes, you need me to hold your hand. And that’s okay.

As an INFJ empath, we very often understand others better than they understand themselves, which is why many come to us for help or advice. We can understand why a person is doing what they do or why they say insensitive things or act in cruel ways. But understanding doesn’t mean compliance. We can understand but disagree, understand but don’t want to continue being the butt of insensitive words or acts. We have our self respect and boundaries. When disrespected continuously, no matter the reason, an INFJ must close the door and walk away for their own sanity.

When you are feeling your worst, know that, to me, you’ll still be my very best.

Only you can give yourself the love you need to heal from past wounds. But I will make sure to be there, to fill any cracks you have in your heart, so that your self love stays in you, and none of it leaks out.
