#ember-rune

Ember’s my sona, pretty much me exactly if I were tall, metal, and allowed to be as much of a gremlin as I want. He and Neo have gone through a couple redesigns (you might be able to see the wingless version of Ember in my avatar, which they both have rocked since 2017/18 whenever I first drew them). Stormwall was added to the group last year when I changed up the trine’s backstory, hopefully for the last time lol. I’m still working on writing out the backstory for all three of them, but these three are my main muses, besides the TFA crew I’m also writing a story and other stuff for.

Redraw of Ember-rune 2+ years later (new on left). Did a little bit of a design change. I’ll be doing Neoscape and their triplet Stormwall, who I came up with recently and am kinda excited to mess around with and concoct shenanigans for, next.

Allergies are kicking my butt, so I decided to do something indulgent.

“Phobia shield” - your muse’s greatest fear will be brought to life! (As a holomatter simulation, at least.) The effects will last as long as it takes for the Phobia Shield to be found and destroyed.

Alright, I cleaned up Ember’s ref, and I’ve got a few color palettes for his Dark!Ember design that I want to try out. I really like how comic booky this came out. :]
