Elodia is a witch-priestess of the goddess Ker-ys (known better under its modern name, Yveltal), and was an important figure in late bronze age Kalos, especially as Kalos began to transition from a matriarchal, religious society to a patriarchal, technology based society.
She is also the mother of Nerine, and Olympia's ancient ancestor !

So obviously I'm glad this didn't happen, but for the sacrifice why didn't Reyna use Kol instead of one of her own gang? Like idk if she actually cared about anyone (other than Renatus), but still it'd seem more pragmatic to use an "extra" as opposed to one of your lackeys that you know how to work with
Answer below the cut
The demon told her that she had to sacrifice someone she loved to bring ‘Danny’ back. Reyna had three choices and she went with Jaime. (She tried telling him a couple times in advance and compelled him to forget every time. Could make for an interesting oneshot 🤔).
Reyna felt bad about it, but she loved Danae more than anything in the world and would have done anything to bring her back. Danny was more of a maternal figure to Reyna than Elodia ever was, and Danny also saved her from their grandfather, who is...not a nice man.

It is pleasant to know that you like me to treat you affectionately. I love you so well that it delights me to do anything that pleases you. You must not object, when I shall have the
right to do so, if I pet you like a little girl.

A few months back, @venigma created a set of amazing maps for my small D&D (5e) campaign I've DMed one time before; and now with maps ready and my confidence boosted because of the amazing artwork I've been granted, I have narrated it two more times, and it was a blast among the players!
This gave me another boost of energy and confidence, and a desire to turn said module into a written one, for other people to try out and enjoy.
However, I have never in my life used any pre-made modules, always creating my own. Therefore, I have no idea how to make a good, readable document that would be understandable for beginner and experienced DMs. Of course, there are some free ones made by WotC, but the point of view of other "real" people, other players, and other DMs is important as well.
And therefore, I am in need of your help with this. Any comments, desires or guidelines might do; or stock, or advice you might give out. Heck, if you have free time, and would like to proofread it, that would me quite amazing as well!
I have little to offer to my potential helpers, besides sending them the finished copy as soon as it is done, and perhaps letting you sketch a few NPC personalities to your liking (which is hard, for there are little of them). Be it as it may, any guidelines and advice are much appreciated.
And, for this thing not to be a boring wall of text, here, have an art created by someone else by the module.
Our heroes find themselves in a deep, almost lifeless, dying swamp, in a quest to find a powerful magical item that will bring life back to the place. They are led down into a giant, slowly drowning crater from a magical encounter that took place a few centuries ago, devouring a once prosperous city-state, all inhabited by undead and a few living creatures that, in their wanders slid down and became trapped. They are tasked to find a source of the misfortune - a locked lich, who keeps raising undead and keeps said magical artifact at his lair.
During the quest, characters find themselves in the middle of the war of few surviving goblinid tribes that hold much more secrets than one can imagine at first; constantly followed by witches and hags who try to rob them blind; finding the rest of previous adventurer expeditions; and uncovering the story of the place, and realizing not only the story of the lick in the crater is not entirely true, but also faced with the fact, there is little ways to escape this place, and, besides finding said magic tool, they have to find the way to get back up, to the surface.
Stealth action, for the most part, with just a small number of fully peaceful encounters. Quite a large amount of dungeon crawls. The story takes place in a half-sphere of a large, about 4x4x3 miles long/wide/deep swampy crater, the labyrinth of the crumbled city, a few caves and dungeons, and swamped, half-dead areas that hold only a few reminders of the city that once was here.
