I cannot for the life of me find this--but does anyone remember the fic of Bucky being brought to the Avengers tower and is getting use to people. Tony gives him an earpiece and told him that the voice will be his connection and Bucky assumes its an AI but in reality, it's Darcy? And they meet at the end? It was very cute and I'd love to reread it.

I'm hard at work on this Bucky/Darcy fic my brain told me I needed to write last weekend. I'm about halfway through the first draft of the seventh chapter. It's still too early to tell how long it will be, but it is safe to say it will be over 100k words. I'm still winging it on the plot, but I hope to have that outlined in the next week or two. I'd love to have the first draft done by the end of June so I can begin posting it in July. That's all dependent on my muse and betas.
What can I tell you about it? It takes place a few months after the events of The Thunderbolts. Dr. Darcy Lewis goes to Bucky for help with a potential Very Big Problem (TM) involving black holes, negative matter, and an alien invasion facilitated by a company on Earth. The story will involve some action alongside a yearning slow burn with lots of sexual tension and a very protective Bucky. We'll also have the entire Thunderbolts team making an appearance here and there.
