✉️  → elijah: I was just watching this video about a guy and his best friend dog because it reminded me of you and Shadow, but then the dog DIED in a car accident when he was driving, and the whole thing after that was about him finding a new dog friend and how uplifting it was that they saved each other but I still just couldn’t stop crying about the dead dog the whole time :( do you think I have a problem with letting go of things? Do I not know how to move on???

No way, you’re totally the one that has hope! You’re the one who’s never been such a bad girlfriend that you were dumped for another girl! I thought dating was supposed to be all magical and awesome. Can I just go back to being the mom-friend? I’m way better at that.
