Fun western-themed #Esquire #partscaster build with restored and converted #Gretsch #amp spotted at @capsulemusic #Toronto. The #guitar is made of lightweight pine and has no neck route, a thin Gretsch western orange finish. It’s bound in leather cowboy trim (matches the amp), with Gretsch knobs and strap buttons, and a leather pickguard fastened down with furniture tacks. The #amp started out life as a 1960 #Electromatic model 6161 and has been converted to resemble the model 6169 “Cowboy Amp” with new white Tolex and all the western trimmings.
