is this a reference to caravan palace?
YEEESSSSS!
<|^_^|> I'm glad that people notice!
I'm a sucker for the band. I love electro-swing, it's my favorite genre along with normal swing and jazz.
I am a regular at a couple Jazz clubs in Second Life.
Sadly, neither of them do Electro-Swing.
(The Furry Club does occasionally, though!)
Mutuals, look me up in SL. Same name as here.

That “Oswald the Lucky Rabbit FNF Mod” is out, and it’s pretty good. It even has voice acting in the middle of the song, and the sprites are really well animated.

I am making a playlist for Rudyard and Conrad relationship
What music do you guys think that should definitely be in?
That's so cool! First of all, we mostly just want to see what songs you think are on there--we're so curious!
We had a lot of different songs in a lot of different genres on rotation in a very odd mishmash while writing the season, so they may not fit well into a cohesive playlist, but for fun, here are some of the songs we have on our personal playlist:
That Man and Completely by Caro Emerald
Sooner or Later by The Grass Roots
Death of a Bachelor by Panic! at the Disco
I Wanna Get Better and Don't Take The Money by Bleachers
No Swiggity by Minimatic and Crazy in Love by Swing Republic
Jumpstarted, Mistletoe, and Fred Astaire by Jukebox the Ghost
The biggest one, actually, is You Make Me Wanna Sing from the Apple TV musical show Schmigadoon. We actually used this scene from Schmigadoon as a touchpoint for the composition on [slight finale spoiler alert] Rudyard's speech. It's very simple, very honest, and very imperfect, from a character who doesn't quite know how to communicate in this particular way but is trying so very hard because it's just that important to talk to their partner in their own "language", which is what makes it so touching.
I like to think that if this was a visual medium, we'd do a flash-forward to Conrad, post-war, sitting in a cafe somewhere, offering to show a pair of tourists around, and "spontaneously" running into his old friend, Rudyard T Codswallop, who, didn't you know, won the Pulitzer Prize--in 1933, no less! And then they'd con their way into a free lunch and it'd all be set to Fabulous Swing Kid by Tape Five.
You've said u like jazz- how about electro-swing?
I admit I have not heard of this...electro-swing. Is it just...swing music, but...electrified? I mean, I suppose in theory...?
Oh. I just listened to some. I am very unsure of its merits.
40 years of experience in social self-preservation are telling me my enjoyment of this "electro-swing" stuff I just discovered should be kept a secret, but damn if it isn't great for doing chores 👍
