Although I´m still hyped up because of this season and that I loved Rina´s dynamic, I need to say that Portwell for sure would´ve have great potential too, each one learned from their mistakes and could´ve work out much better now! But I know it is, what it is :)
Also, on their closure scene, damn how I missed them together! I felt the chemistry so bad, buut I´m not angry bcuz of Rina being endgame, it´s fair and now I can feel it this way!

“So.”
Ricky startles awake, his head almost thwacking the coffee table in an effort to sit up fast. EJ raises his eyebrows, his lips pressing into a thin line as he fights an amused smile.
“Jesus, Caswell,” Ricky scoffs, rubbing his eyes as he folds his long limbs into sitting position. “Way to wake someone up.”
“Yeah. Anyways, everyone else is out and I’m probably about to leave too..so..” he scratches the back of his neck and shrugs. “..wanted to say bye I guess.”
“Everyone left?” Ricky demands, eyes widening a tad as he shoots to his feet, walking out of the living room in search of the theater kids that had occupied his house what seemed like moments ago.
Well, before he fell asleep.
“Yeah,” EJ repeats as he follows the younger boy into the kitchen. “I felt kinda weird leaving you asleep on the floor. You were drooling a little. Felt bad for you.”
Ricky’s cheeks warm and he wipes his mouth self consiously before turning back towards EJ. His curls are a little rumpled from sleep, and there are traces of frosting flecked off onto the front of his hoodie.
“Thanks,” he says, and runs a hand through said messy curls. “I mean, yeah, kinda surprised no one woke me up to say bye.”
“You looked cute sleeping.” EJ blurts, and when Ricky casts him a glance of surprise, he quickly adds, “I mean, you were sleeping so, like..they probably just didn’t wanna bother you.”
“Yeah..” Ricky laughs nervously, and shrugs again, before turning away. He bites back a grin before clearing his throat and turning back to EJ. “Goodnight. It was, uh, fun. The little warm-up-Sharpay-and-Ryan-Thing-from-earlier.”
“For real.” EJ laughs nervously too, and backs up a few paces, towards the door. “I gotta go. I’m sure my parents are—it’s late so. I uh, I have waterpolo in the morning so.”
Ricky nods silently and stretches his arms above his head with a yawn, before following him towards the door. EJ opens it and steps out, letting a burst of chilly air flood into the entryway. Right before he shuts it, he turns back, finding himself startlingly close to the other lead cast member.
“Goodnight, Bowen.” EJ breathes, his eyes strikingly blue with the overhead lights cast on them.
Ricky swallows and licks his lips, mouth suddenly dry.
“Goodnight, Caswell.”

ok, for some reason I have a feeling that e.j is gonna crush on carlos or somethin. and we'll have a lot of angst with seb getting jealous. not trying to make anyone sad or anything but I just thought of this. Keep in mind that I don't ship e.j and carlos at all; just like them as best friends.
