1. Tony
It was just a regular briefing — besides the fact that now Peter is one of the people that get to attend these meeting more often now. That was one of the downsides to being a full time Avenger now that he was 21.
Peter tried not to tune everyone out of boredom while in the meeting so he would crack a couple jokes every now and then. Steve ignored his jokes for the most part since they've become more of a normalcy now.
The mission that was being briefed on was just about a base making illegal things with alien materials. He was still trying to focus when he heard a little noise coming from the corner of his ear. He looked to where the sound was and — to be expected — it was a spider.
Peter has been able to hear spiders and talk to them for a while. He was absolutely freaked out at first when he was just a teen and he could hear them, but they've started to become good companions now that he's gotten used to them.
Peter looked down at the spider as they speak to him. The spider talked about some information about the mission that he was currently being briefed on. The spider revealed that some of the information that Steve was talking about was wrong.
So Peter decided to speak up. "Uh Steve-"
Steve sighed, "Yeah kid?"
Peter says,"Your information Mr. Rogers, It's um..wrong".
Steve's face grows and increasingly frustrated look, "Would you like to tell me what part of it is wrong?"
Peter responds,"Uh I have information from.. a source.. that the area that we were planning on entering from is more heavily guarded than expected. My, um, source.. says that we should prepare a little extra due to the fact that this specific time has gotten there hands on some vibranium."
Steve asked how he could possibly know that and tried to press to get Peters sources. He wasn't even planning on even listening to Peters input, but after slightly arguing with Peter Tony spoke up and asked Steve that they listen to Peters information.
Tony said, "I trust this kid with my life, so you should take this one chance to trust his information about the mission."
Steve let out a defeated sigh and moved things around with the planning so that they could be more prepared for. Some of the other Avengers let out little chuckles at the show of how much influence Tony has over Steve.

After the meeting Tony went to Peters floor in the tower to go and talk to Peter about the information he gave.
It wasn't that Tony didn't trust Peter and his information. He wasn't lying when he said that he trusts Peter with his life, but him getting information randomly throughout the brief was a little — odd.
As Tony entered his floor he could hear Peter talking to someone. Him being nosy decided to try and silence his steps more so that he wouldn't be noticed by Peter. He knew that Peter had enhanced hearing, but he hoped that he could at least be a little nosy.
Tony turned the corner into Peter's room and Peter had his spider in his hands and he was talking too it. That wasn't too odd to Tony, most people talk to there pets. Though most people don't own pet spiders.
It only started to get a little odd when he heard Peter say, "Thank you for sending someone to deliver that information to me little guy."
Tony made another step and Peter got spooked and turned to see him.
He said nervously, "Oh Tony! You're here!"
Tony asked skeptically, "Everything alright in here kid?"
Peter replies, "Uh, um, totally Tony!"
Peter puts his spider down on his desk and runs his hands through his hair nervously, "I was just, uh, talking on the phone!"
The atmosphere grew awkward. Tony decided that he could ask his question to Peter another time and quickly tried to find a way to get out of this situation.
Tony looks at him for a bit before saying, "Uh huh. Anyways the team dinner is almost ready you should go up soon-"
Peter nods, "Uh, thanks!"
As Tony went in the elevator to leave Peter's floor he could hear him letting a sigh of relief. Tony shrugged it off and murmured to him, "Kid's are so damn weird nowadays-"
