Arabella was originally born in New Jersey and lived with her parents and younger sister. Her younger sister is only a year and a half ish younger than Bella. They never actually had a lot of money growing up. Her dad was a builder and an alcoholic which drained a lot of their money and her mum was a freelance seamstress while also trying to raise two girls.
Her dad always believed that he had provided his wife with children and his job was done. He never really wanted anything to do with his kids while their mum did everything. This is where Arabella and her sister differed. Arabella never cared for her dad - if he didn’t put in the effort, why should she? Meanwhile, her little sister craved his attention and always trying to make him proud of her. When he’d drink, he’d get abusive. If the girls were playing, he’d yell or throw bottles at them to make them shut up. As they got older, Arabella would fight and yell back at him and even provoke him.
When he’d knock around her mum, Arabella was often the one who would ask her mum why she stayed married to a man who hurt her. Her answer? Love. It wasn’t until he put her mum in the hospital that her mum actually saw how bad the situation was - prompting a divorce. Arabella was proud of her but her little sister was angry about the divorce. She didn’t see the bad side in a lot of ways. Arabella protected her little sister as much as possible from his abuse and took a lot more than her for speaking up for herself. Her sister also always wanted to keep the happy little family template she’d built up in her head.
Following the divorce, a couple of months later, her mum actually won the lottery and moved the girls to New York when their dad tried to invade their life once more for the money. This allowed her to open her own bridal shop and start living her dreams. Arabella was 12 at this point. They lived pretty happy in New York and things were good.
At 17, Arabella started to date Jay. She’d met him in school as acquaintances but over the summer, they started to meet up. By the end of the summer, she was his girlfriend. When things were good, they were good. However, both of them had a temper so when they argued, they really argued. They were the definition of an on/off relationship. Usually he ended it with her and called her crazy but they’d end up back together a few days to a week later. However, at 19, when he cheated on her and she caught him, she decided she was done. This started a huge argument with him claiming “You’ll be back in a week”. But she didn’t...
After a week, he was calling her phone and leaving voicemails. At first it was one or two a day but by the end of the week, it seemed non-stop. He was banging on her door every night and waiting outside for her. She’d block him on any platform she could but he’d make new account to contact her. He worked out her shift patterns at her mum’s shop and would wait for her at the end of shifts. It got so bad that she decided maybe it was just best to go with him one night and make it clear that they were over after three months of being stalked. They got in his car and she tried to make it clear they were over for good. The argument got so heated that she had to threatened him with calling the police if he kept trying to contact her. To this, he began to drive faster and faster and faster, scaring Arabella. His behaviour continued and she ended up calling the police and getting a restraining order. It was at these moments that she began to realise why her mum put up with everything for as long as she did when she was growing up because Arabella did the exact same thing over the two years.
This whole ordeal prompted Arabella to look in to her future goals and that made her apply to Evergreen. She wanted to get away from New York and her ex potentially violating her privacy again. She wanted to study fashion journalism with the hopes of having her own magazine one day. She got a job in a small bridal shop in town as a seamstress as her mum taught her to be for some money but her mum still has a lot of the lottery money as well as being successful in New York. She also joined the Events Committee as something to do as well, hoping it would boost her resume for organization skills.

hi hi this is hay again ! i’m excited to finally write out everyone’s bios ! i’m excited to plot with you !!
rosemary is the third and final child to the wells family in toranto, canada. her siblings were quite older than her, so she was basically an only child. her family was really close and they always took nature hikes and little family vacations. her father was a mechanic and her mother was a former contestant of miss canada.
she always had really unique interests compared to other girls her age. she really liked cars and figuring out how things worked. while she was sure she wasn’t the only one, it felt like she was. she always felt singled out, especially by the boys in her class that called her weird or not girly enough. she was bullied by her peers for being an outcast. it’s left its mark on her. there were many nights where she curled herself to leave and prayed to be different.
her mom tried to get her interested in more ‘feminine’ things like makeup or pageants, but rosemary really wasn’t interested. at least her dad understood and encouraged her interests. everyday after school, she would walk to his shop and help out with whatever he needed.
one day after school, she saw her dad at work but something was wrong. he was working under a car but he wasn’t moving. it turned out that he had a stroke. it was rosemary who called emergency services and they were able to help him, but he’s paralyzed now.
the shop suffered a heavy blow and rosemary found herself trying to be smart and handy enough for both her parents. after a few years of a lot of change and self-doubt, the whole family is in a better place. she decided to pursue mechanical engineering so she could make improvements for paralyzed and disabled people.
now she’s here and she’s excelling. she still struggles with self-confidence and feeling like an outsider but she’s a nice girl! i’d love any and all plots!

born in manhattan, nyc to a world renowned neurosurgeon and his equally famed artist of a wife, blue had great expectations to live up to from the moment he first opened his eyes to the world.
his father was rarely home --- always busy performing life saving surgeries --- so it was usually just blue and his mother. he adored her, and she adored him right back. even with his father’s frequent absence, blue had a fulfilling childhood and grew up very loved. he never had anything missing in his life.
( tw cancer, terminal illness, death ) things changed when blue was fourteen and his mother was diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer. it was basically a death sentence, and the whole family knew it. despite it all, his mother continued to persevere with gracious radiance and unrelenting happiness that blue admired very deeply. she passed away four short months after her diagnosis ( end tw ).
( tw death, depression ) needless to say, his mother’s passing was hard on the entire family. blue idolized her, and now she was gone. it hit him really, really hard. but the worst part was his father... overcome with grief, he turned into a hermit. he was finally home, but at what cost ? the depression was all-consuming, and more often than not, blue was left to take care of himself and his father ( end tw ).
he had to grow up rather quickly in order to sustain himself and keep his dad going. blue was a very independent fifteen year old; he learned that he couldn’t really rely on anybody but himself, and he’s carried that with him ever since. eventually, his father would return to work, but he buried himself in it. obsessing over his job was the only thing that kept his father’s mind off of his late wife, so he dove in head first. blue hardly saw his father after that --- only short glimpses and quick calls to ask ( hopefully ) if he’d be home for dinner for once. ( he never was ).
life was pretty dull for blue after that. he remembers it mostly in fragments, but they almost always hurt, so he doesn’t try to search for anything more. he’d eventually move out at eighteen to attend yale and get his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. deciding that he needed a fresh start on the west coast, blue would apply to numerous phd programs and settle on evergreen university in san francisco. he’s been here for about a year now working towards his doctorate in biochemistry, where his research involves finding a way to detect ovarian cancer earlier to increase chances of survival.

a reflection of his own father, blue tends to bury himself in his research / work. he’s an extremely apt scholar --- intelligent to a fault. he oftentimes feels a disconnect between him and other people ( probably because of his refusal to rely on anybody for anything, even friendship, but you didn’t hear that from me ... ) . blue’s awfully reticent, and tends to keep to himself. he overthinks everything he says, which leads to a lot of awkward silences before he realizes he should spit something out. he’s nice enough, but he might come off as cold just because he’s so ... awkward at his core. he doesn’t feel as if he has a place in the world --- like he’s constantly trying to jam a square peg into a round hole. blue is a bit of a lost soul, but he’s too afraid to find his way back home.

being the youngest in a family with four brothers isn’t easy, especially when the mom had been wishing for a girl all of that time. either way, theodore was still born into a happy family, at least for the couple of years of his life - at least they were until theodore was old enough to be tossed around by his brothers. don’t worry, not literally being tossed around, but it just meant his older brothers would usually prank him, which meant that theo had to make sure he learned how to live with it. and so he did, and much for his brothers’ demise, he seemed to be the worst out of all of them. once he finally learned how pranks worked and of course with the help of the internet, theo became the prankster that the family didn’t expect - but it didn’t mean that they all didn’t love each other, but it did mean that they needed to start being careful around him.
growing up, theo showed to be extremely intelligent without even trying that hard. he would rather much focus on playing videogames and working on his pranks, but that didn’t mean he didn’t get good grades. he was one of the best students at his school and he kept this up until he finally reached high school. while in high school, theo learned about parties - and of course, he was at them all of the time, getting drunk by stealing drinks with his friends and he was never really caught. and the worst part is that he didn’t stop the pranking after he reached high school, in fact he became much worse. he would get firecrackers and throw them around the halls, throw wet toilet paper at walls and just be a menace. that’s what people knew him for.
even if he was like this most of the time, that didn’t mean he wasn’t a good friend or that he didn’t even have friends. not only was he a good friend, but he was also a good cousin, especially when céline and carter would come and visit him. the truth was that he quickly grew close to céline, even if he only saw her once in a while, but they immediately became close like siblings - and yes, it was weird that he saw her as his sister, mostly because he had grown with his brothers around, but that just made it good enough of a reason.
now that he’s in college, it doesn’t mean that he has changed any of his personality. sure, he doesn’t steal drinks as he would before, but the pranks still go on as if it was part of him. of course, he’s still as a good of a student as he was before, but he still goes to parties and gets drunk regularly, and being at evergreen university only made him enjoy those parties even more. plus, this gave me a chance to get close to his cousins.

you’re in for a treat if you ever come across theo. he’s the type of person to be always energetic and he’s probably the most chaotic person you’ll meet. he’s loud and he knows it, and he always seems to be pranking people whenever he gets the chance. just think, if spencer st. james is the devil, then theo is definitely the devil’s little helper. he’ll bite back if he has to, but he’s definitely nicer to people he knows and he’s generally a good person, but don’t be surprised if he suggests breaking into a building because he’ll do it easily.

Daisy doesn’t know anything about how she was born. She was product of an affair. Her biological mother was seeing a married man. She was aware of what she was getting herself in to and still chose to be the other woman for two years of her life. However, what she didn’t choose was to get pregnant with his baby. He was a pretty rich guy (CEO of a tech company) and had no intention of ruining his image as the perfect husband and father in the public eye. She chose not to tell him and simply ended the affair. Her biological mother never was the maternal type but she also couldn’t just abort the baby either. Instead, she chose to give the baby up for adoption - claiming to not know who the father was. The perfect couple was picked out. A couple who couldn’t have kids of their own.
She was originally from Toronto, Canada but when her biological mum bumped in to the father and it came out that he had a daughter, he became interested in his daughter. This worried her parents and caused them to move out of fear that he may try to claim parental rights over his daughter. They moved to Los Angeles with Daisy when she was around 1 year old but what followed was years of moving around.
From her early years, Daisy was very fond of dancing. At the age of 3, she was in weekly dance lessons. She always had so much energy so channelling that in to dance was very good for her. When it came to academics, she found it very hard to focus. Her father being a psychologist recognised the symptoms and diagnosed her with ADHD. They used some medications to help her focus in school but they were never high doses to make her docile. They liked that she had spirit and didn’t want to dull that.
Her biological father having a lot of tech connections and companies in many states meant he was finding time to track down his daughter. At one point, when she was 8, she remembered hearing a man come to the house when she was meant to be in bed. She didn’t hear what was being said but the very next day, her parents were packing their things and moving her away again to New York. The excuse she was given was that there was a great dancing opportunity for her in New York. This led her to starting in dance competitions meaning she would begin to travel around the US a lot. After all, she won a number of titles over the years.
Throughout her life, she has moved every couple of years and never thought too much about it. In reality, it was to do with her biological father finding her every time but she was always told it was to help with her dancing. It gave her a focus and she happily accepted the lie because why would her parents lie to her? After finishing school, they had just moved back to Los Angeles for her final year and she began to do some dancing projects but wanted to pad her portfolio. She wanted to study dance in itself. That’s what led her to San Francisco and Evergreen University.

if anyone were to ask him, alex would say that his life started when he turned two years old. the first two years of his life were pretty normal, with alex growing up and being loved by emma and (name) fitzgerald and for a while, it seemed like things were going to stay like that for a while - and that’s when his parents found out they were having another baby. everything seemed to go well for the fitzgeralds and that their life was going smoothly. on alex’s second birthday, surprisingly, his mother’s water broke and the family rushed to the family, only to find out that alex’s sister was a stillborn. of course, this devasted the young couple and alex was too young to remember any of this. but when everything seemed to be lost, lola appeared in their lives when alex’s dad was looking at all the babies in the maternity and realized that one baby didn’t have a name - and that was about to be put for adoption. shortly after that, the couple adopted lola and a new light appeared in their lives.
growing up, alex was never an extroverted kid. for the contrary, he was as introverted as they came - he barely made any friends while he was at school with the exception of a few that would actually tried and talked to him. however, his best friend was definitely his sister and alex would never leave her side. and to this day, he still relies on her sister whenever he needs it, even if it’s not as usual as it used to be. from a young age, alex always said that he wanted to become a veterinarian - and of course, it’s a generic dream for most kids, but alex knew deep down that it wasn’t just a dream, he wanted to become one.
alex’s childhood wasn’t properly an easy one either. he was only twelve years old when he got chickenpox, and while it’s pretty standard for kids to have it, his had a side effect that no one in the family could have imagined - the disease was far worse than anyone had thought of and it ended up affecting alex’s hearing and he became partially deaf. it was an hard adjustment for the first couple of months - not only he needed to learn sign language so he could communicate easily with the others, but he also started wearing a hearing aid. and while it wasn’t easy at first, alex has now adjusted to this lifestyle now.
just like he knew that it wasn’t just a childhood dream, alex was still pretty convinced that he still wanted to become a veterinarian. being shy and introverted, alex often found some comfort in animals, especially dogs. he always thought in dogs, he saw the things that he wanted to see more in people. and that was enough. he worked hard to graduate high school and get himself into monarch to study veterinary - and once he finished his major, he decided to keep studying so he could just get better at what he was doing. and now, he’s taking his masters in veterinary sciences, in hopes to be the best.

personality wise, alex is a very reserved person. he’s an introvert who barely goes out, unless someone actually makes him do it and that only happens if he gets warned about it a few days before. he doesn’t like parties, he never did, even before he was taking his masters, and he still doesn’t go to them. he gets stressed very easily in most situations that involve more than five people at once, but he can actually light up the room if he’s accompanied by the right group of people. he is also very hard to get through and takes a long time to answer simple questions that probably didn’t need a lot of rambling, but just give him his time and he’ll get through it and actually get something out.

maisy rose frazier, or just maisy rose just as she likes, was born on march 30th and she was born as fiery as she is now. for the first couple of weeks of her life, all she did was cry and make sure that her crying was louder than everyone else’s, although she didn’t know what she was doing. no one in her house slept for weeks and it never got quieter, even as maisy got older. she was raised in a family filled with love, even when she bumped heads with her brother and occasionally her mother, but she was loved either way.
growing up, maisy never fit in with the girls at her school and she did it because she didn’t see herself as one of them. yes, maisy was one of the girls who used to say ‘i’m not like other girls’, often hanging out with all of the boys that were her age. the only exception she made was her cousin, eloise, who she grew close to and never lost contact with. in her eyes, she was a tomboy - she would run around with the boys at school and get into fights occasionally, always ripping all of the new clothes her mom bought her - but as the years passed, maisy realized that it didn’t make her any less of a woman to do all of those things. once she realized that, she started making more friends, more than she could ever think about, including all of the girls that would usually look at her the wrong way whenever she was caught in a fight.
in high school was when maisy matured the most - she asked people to start calling her maisy rose instead of maisy frazier, just because she thought it sounded better. she found out she had a passion for literature and english - quickly becoming one of the best students in her class, she decided she wanted to do more than just reading. she wanted to write. of course, she could have done like modern authors and write everything on her laptop, but she decided to buy her own notebooks, scribbling whenever she had the chance and she could even get her hands dirty with ink. she keeps those journals like they were part of her soul.
when it came to universtiy, maisy’s choice was a tough one. monarch wasn’t her first option, in her head she would have preferred to leave the country and travel, so she could have more to write. but as soon as she was reaching graduation, she realized that it was probably better if she just went and learned everything she needed to know - because while she thought for a long time that she was a great writer, after hearing the harsh criticism from some editors, she decided it was for the best that she learned and became better. she wants to be great or nothing, there is no inbetween.

spencer’s future was defined even before he was even born - being born in the evening of june 1st, spencer was brought into a world of lawyers and both of his parents (celia and harry st. james) knew that he would be a successful lawyer and one of the best, right after them of course. so, from a young age, spencer was taught how to be the best and to this day, he doesn’t resent his parents for making him work hard - he actually thanked him, because he didn’t want to be like everyone else, he just wanted to be the best. of course, as all things, this had a few consequences.
during school, spencer never was one to have a lot of friends and he would always distant himself if he ever got too close to anyone. all of this was because he was afraid that it would distract him from being the best at everything he did. however, he did manage to keep a friend that became a brother to him, alfie wayne. the two had met through their parents, and quickly turned into best friends. spencer felt like he was the only friend he needed, so he never pushed him aside or tried to sabotage their friend, but instead just grew closer to him.
the more he grew up, the more spencer grew cold. if he wasn’t trying to have friends before, he definitely wasn’t when he moved to the united states with his family. the change only made him bitter, but luckily for him, not much had changed from london - he still had alfie and he still thrived to be better than everyone. once he got to high school, he didn’t join any clubs or any sports, he barely went to parties and he barely had time for anything. he just focused on studying and working hard so he could get into law school. once graduation came, he was elected valedictorian and shortly after that, he got into monarch.
college life was definitely more different than he expected it to be. he expected people to take it more seriously, but once he got there, he found out that people would rather spend their time at parties or just hanging around campus. longing to have a real college experience, spencer joined a frat and became vice-president along with alfie, he joined a few sports but he never lost focus of what he was in for. graduation is close and spencer has fought his way to be the best student at monarch, but this time around he found the time to go to parties, make new friends and enjoy college, even if it doesn’t seem like it at times.

everyone who knows spencer knows that he isn’t the nicest person, unless you have something to give him. he can be cold and distant, and mostly an asshole, but he can also be a good friend to those close to him. attention, he’s very selective with the people he actually gets along with and if you’re not one of those, you’re most likely to get a glare from him or a snappy remark. other than that, spencer can be found most of his times in the library with his face buried in a book, and if you see him around campus, it’s advised that you don’t try to engage with him.
