I headcannon Swad to be a victim of SA during his pre-apple incident. There’s no way that he could know of sex if I think too hard without exposure to it. And even if he heard it from another victim he wouldn’t think of it as a way to impart love.

He’s been isolated all these years, burning everything around him before being able to interact with life and you’d expect me to believe he’d force himself onto corrupt nightmare without not even knowing what it is. He’s still very much stuck in the past so it’s possible he has some sort of broken memory of someone doing that to him as a form of ‘love’.
