“NETGEER” by Sybyr

The way I see Sybyr and Antiwxrld is as something of a modern JGRXXN/Schemaposse or Key Nyata/Thraxxhouse situation. Currently, they’re like a 20-deep collective of Soundcloud rappers with a ton of raw talent, but three years down the road, you know at least five of these guys are gonna be the biggest names in underground rap. Kamiyada and Midnight Society are in a very similar situation as well. Both of them are just greater leaders, curators of talent, and even more importantly, incredible artists.

The incredible thing about this new Soundcloud/bedroom artist/producer landscape is that, if you really want, you can find a fire new rapper with a preexisting fan base at any given point. With the sheer amount of music that’s being produced and uploaded online, it’s impossible to keep up with everything, and that means great new artists are slipping through the cracks on the daily. For me, Syringe and the rest of Weird Clvn are my latest discoveries, and though I’d heard whispers about their movement in the past, I didn’t realize how amazing these guys really are until just recently.
