Creamy Eggnog Fudge is a delightful holiday treat that captures the flavors of traditional eggnog in a sweet and creamy confection. It's perfect for sharing with friends and family during the festive season.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/4 cup eggnog. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later. Put white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. To make the mixture smooth and fully melted, microwave it for 30 seconds at a time and stir it after each one. Watch out not to get too hot. Add ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, eggnog, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well mixed. Spread the fudge mixture out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. You can add chopped pecans or walnuts to the fudge for extra flavor and texture if you want to. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two to three hours, or until it sets and is firm. Use the extra piece of parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan once it's set. Cut the fudge into small squares or rectangles by putting it on a cutting board. Enjoy your smooth eggnog fudge!
