Coloured staples in my kitchen! My love #cocoa! This is hot #eggcocoa blended with a high speed blender. Makes for a great breakfeast - pasteurised egg white, and egg yolk (more on yolks later!), coconut oil, MCT oil, hot water and cocoa. Add a little cup of coconut milk, if you want but I prefer to spend my carbs on some raw avocado with sea salt on the side. If you eat unprocessed like me you need salt! I have 6 g. to keep my sodium levels up. 18 g. protein, 6 g. total carbs, 48 g. fat. After 2 weeks of no stimulants and way to much herbal tea to my taste, I reintroduced cocoa again.
