this oneās a little tricky because i have a ton of habits i can catch myself doing, but my main two i do are biting my nails, which iāve tried to stop doing multiple times, i just find myself on edge sometimes & catch myself doing it? the second one would be sniffling, which isnāt a habit, itās actually a nervous tic iāve had for about a year? nothingās really helped i just hope i donāt annoy people in calls with it lol
