Goldenheart's Winter Trauma Part 1

Pages 1-3 of a comic about Jayce dealing with trauma during winter! In my jayvik Warrior Cats Au of course.

I've included a small explaination of some terminology in case some people don't understand lol. This takes place after Jayvik and Timebomb kitties decide to leave clan life and live together.

Here are some pieces I made to celebrate Viktor's Birthday! Technically, warrior cats don't really celebrate birthdays, but mine do because they are full of whimsy and love for each other. Also Viktor is pregnant again (Many such cases)

Anyways, I really like the idea of Sagesight (Viktor) forming strong friendships with Echohoot (Ekko) and Jinx post-canon. Plus, when working on this I realised how nicely their colour palettes work together. Just really like their dynamic. They're the ones to wake Sagesight on his birthday and distract him while the kits and Goldenheart (Jayce) are getting their presents for him ready.

The kits along with Goldenheart (Jayce) manage to collect plenty of berries for Sagesight (Viktor) to snack on, which he appreciates considering his sweet tooth (In everytimeline and possiblity for real). They also find some Sage for him to wear as an accessory (I thought it would be cute :)) This Birthday takes place a few months after the kits were born now, so they are certainly growing quite a bit bigger, very quickly!

Here is my design for Ekko in my warrior cats AU. I chose the name echohoot in the end as i want to use his name and also fit in some sort of an owl motif.

He is a brown Tom of medium fur length with a distinct white face marking in the shape of an hour glass. He also has dark brown eyes.

Ekko was the easiest one to design as I had a really clear picture in my mind of how i wanted him to look. I have some slight different shades of brown in his design to represent his scarf gloves etc, but otherwise I kept him simple. Which is great considering how many times I have to draw him over and over in this comic I'm drawing. I don't really have much of an explaination for the fluffy tail. I just really want him to have one because it's really cute haha.
