As I'm sure you've all heard by now, a fan convention company, Epic Events and Entertainment, is no longer in business and cancelled all upcoming events without an apology, explanation, or information about refunds. This included a convention in Chicago this upcoming weekend with only a little over a week notice. Vendors, volunteers, fans, and the talent all found out about the same time on Thursday evening. I thought we could share our terrible experiences with this company here anonymously since I know a lot of people are still afraid to come forward. Everything shared will be done anonymously unless someone does want to reveal themselves.
