Chicken breasts stuffed with a mixture of Roquefort and cream cheese and roasted them over some red onion. Served with some cavatappi dressed with local tomato, parsley, truffle oil, and parm. Sweet and sour skillet braised brussels sprouts and roasted creminis along with a freshly baked loaf of whole grain, organic sourdough completed our supper.
