Got asked to draw a hair tutorial, so here’s something quickly-cobbled for y’all. 

Hair, much like everything else, has weight and volume, so it can be marked out with simple shapes. I prefer using amorphous blobs over more strict, geometric shapes, since hair is flowy. Long hair can be narrowed down to a single shape and divided later, while short hair (for me) is easier drawn using a multitude of smaller wisps.

Might make a second part of this for braids, updos and curly hair, too.

I had a request from a friend online to put together an easy, beginner wire wrapping tutorial. I made jewelry for years but I'll confess I'm still nee to recording it so it's a bit of a learning experience all around. It's a simple ear cuff though, one that I easily could whip a handful together before a show in a variety of colors and stones.
