In our fast-paced lives, it's easy to overlook the significance of a proper nighttime skincare routine. However, dedicating a few minutes before bedtime can make a world of difference in achieving healthy, glowing skin. Let's delve into a straightforward nighttime skincare routine that will leave you feeling pampered and your skin revitalized!
Cleanse: The First Step to Radiance
The foundation of any effective skincare routine is cleansing. Before heading to bed, ensure your face is free from makeup, dirt, and pollutants that have accumulated throughout the day. Opt for a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type. Gently massage it onto your face using circular motions, focusing on areas prone to oiliness or dryness. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to preserve essential oils.

If you have a few extra minutes, pamper your hands and feet as well. Moisturize them with a rich cream and put on cotton gloves and socks before sleep, allowing the products to deeply penetrate and hydrate the skin.
Recommendations:
Paula's Choice Radiance Renewal Night Mask
LANEIGE Water Sleeping Mask
Beauty Sleep: The Ultimate Secret
Finally, the most essential part of any nighttime skincare routine is a good night's sleep. Aim for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted rest to give your skin and body the time they need to repair and rejuvenate.
Remember, Consistency is Key!
The true magic of any skincare routine lies in consistency. Don't expect overnight miracles; instead, practice this easy nighttime skincare routine regularly and patiently, and you'll soon notice a radiant and healthy complexion that makes the effort entirely worthwhile.
So, go ahead and treat yourself to a little nightly skincare ritual – your skin will thank you for it!

How to go vegan. 6 Simple Steps
How to go vegan?
Ok, you know all that scary sh*t about animal abuse, environment problems and health issues caused animal product consuming and decided to go vegan from now. Just how it is. You binned whole cupboard of your favourite today bought food, emptied your fridge and have nothing left there just 1 jar of jam leftovers and half of poorly looking cucumber. That's ok, it is a fresh start. You go to superstore, no, rather to healthy food shop, spend there crazy amount of money and coming back home with gallon of organic almond milk and thousands packages of superfood powders. It is ok, but there is nothing to eat, still. And you are tired now and hungry, however all cupboards and fridge has been emptied. Go to shop again, buy some bread and tofu (it is cheese alternative after all and shows Your willpower), vegan butter or margarine and make some sandwiches which tastes gross. After three days you give up and eat nice steak at your mom's house. How many times it happened?
I recommend to start slowly but steady. Not everyone has so strong willpower to go vegan from meat eating, and it is hard!
1. Become a vegetarian. This is first step - you losing only meat. I know it feels like everything is taken away! All childhood and comfort food, but relax now and don’t think about foods You cannot eat anymore. Try to find foods which satisfies you enough and you don't crave meat. It might take some time, but it is important step. If you are vegetarian already, skip and go further.
2. Try reduce eggs and dairy as much as possible. But only when You feel comfortable without meat. For some people it takes 1 week, some people needs 1 year. It is OK, You are moving good direction, no matter how fast or slowly. Take your time again and look for vegan substitutes in cooking, even if You ate cow's milk yogurt this morning it doesn't mean Your day is ruined, have very vegan lunch and/or dinner. I will make quick list of substitutes and easy recipes soon. Try to cook meals which you usually like (eggless scramble, bean burgers, cauliflower nuggets, etc) just replacing animal products into plant based.
3. Never rely on superstore marketing. There are way more vegan foods than free from aisle offers. They don't care about Your health, just a profit! Vegan symbol on package costs money for company so not everyone wants to put the price up. Check ingredients when buy chocolate, cookies, etc. Even if it is not marked as vegan it can be! Like skittles, oreo, most dark chocolates. BUT veganism is not about eating junk, and it is not healthy too if You stuffing Your body only with refined carbs, fats and useless sugars. Good to have a treat occasionally, or bake Your own! There is loads and loads of recipes to try!
4.Don't make drama. When Your beloved mom and dad offering You Sunday roast don't scream about animal cruelty and how horrible people they are, because they are not. There is a polite way 'Thank You, I will have only side, please' which is usually potatoes and salad. No drama - peace at house - healthy ears for dogs and cats (we love animals!).
5. Don't go crazy for vegan substitutes in superstore. There is no need to have all possible cheeses and vegan hams. If You are vegan enjoy plants, they are much more better and tastier than mix of modified soy and wheat flour pressed together into a ham or cheese shape. True? And it costs way too much for highly processed food with no real health benefits.
6. Plan Your Food. Doesn't matter have You been paleo, junk food eater or constantly dieting You usually plan Your meals. So easy to slip away when You haven't got anything handy while hungry! That snickers just jumps into Your shopping basket, I tell You! Not a tragedy if You ate something non vegan, You are learning, You trying to go vegan and it is so good! Don't blame Yourself for tiny percent of milk in dark chocolate bar, You didn't know. Rather than risking everyday I prefer to have my meals planned so I know what I am eating, and what is that made from. Not talking about calorie counting here, that is crazy, calorie is calorie, but if You get it from healthy sources it is good, if You get it from junk food, even vegan it sits nicely on a belly, simple math.
This is it for now. If You have any other ideas how to change a world in vegan, please leave a comment and help me to write another post!
