Fro-yo girl here. Pinkberry opened in Eastvale (in Riverside County) in 2008. The shop is in a strip mall next to a movie theater.
I was surprised by how small the shop was, possibly the smallest Pinkberry that I’ve ever been to. It didn’t look as nice either, since the furniture didn’t match (they had different types of chairs). But they had three Taylor machines and six froyo flavors a day, plus smoothies and shakes.
Froyo flavors of the day:

Pomegranate
Strawberry shortcake: can’t really taste the shortcake but I do really like this tangy strawberry froyo
White peach: the newest flavor, tangy and sweet, the white peach flavor is almost floral, the texture was smooth and light
Island mango
Chocolate hazelnut
Toppings included nuts, sprinkles, candy, granola, candy, fresh fruit, cookie dough, popping boba, and a few premium sauces that cost extra. The toppings are transfat free, hydrogenated oil free and free of high fructose corn syrup. Toppings were neatly labeled.
Froyo prices: Small ($5.50)/ Medium ($7.25)/ Large ($8.75). A small froyo with toppings is $6.75.
I noticed the fruit didn’t look as fresh as some of the other Pinkberry locations though my strawberries tasted fine. I was happy that they piled on the toppings. Be sure to sign up for the Pinkcard so you can earn free froyo and get special offers.
