…Was she honestly thinking he had followed her from the school to watch a case? Well, it wasn’t as if there was really anything saying otherwise, considering no one knew he lived in the area. He had never told his classmates his exact place of residence. It wasn’t important and and all it would do if he did tell was elicit mockery- or even worse, pity. So chances were that she just thought him to be a stalker. Yay.

“Should you really be mentioning that you’re investigating a murder before you mention that it’s a private matter. Or really mention murder at all.” He honestly could say he was surprised that was her reason for coming here. Not that there had been a murder of course-  If  a month went by without a body dropping he would find it rather suspicious- but that someone had actually come to investigate the circumstances. It must have been someone from outside the neighborhood, otherwise the police would have just swept it under the rug.

..He wouldn’t deny that he was tempted to peek into it. Call it a bad habit.
