Try not to rush story that wouldn't be introduced in the current setting. i.e. don't try and ask William a question in the first location. Though, prying for more lore is always welcome!

okay so key rq:

stuffing - jack

starfruit - william

lime - mike

so to preface stuffing is meant to be the "crazier" one over starfruit, ish. starfruit is the brains, but stuffing is the one who had originally given him the idea to kill kids specifically and experiment on their souls.

stuffing is sort of irrational, he and durian would argue often at home about grape's illness (she was HORRIFICALLY ill before she died) and when stuffing became physically violent durian kicked him out. he broke in, took grape, and ran from home away from durian out of panic because he felt "he didnt care enough to try and help her" (they were poor, it was hard to afford her medical bills) and that he could do a "much better job".

stuffing and starfruit were actually engaged before stuffing was killed (stuffing now despises him, but "its complicated"™️, not in the shch jack way though), and starfruit eventually tells stuffing abt his research on immortality. he hadn't killed anyone by that point, but when stuffing hears abt it, he thinks abt his deathly ill baby sister and is like "maybe this can cure her" and starts pushing starfruit to figure this out for him

starfruit eventually takes it upon himself to kill grape—his thought process is that if he has her soul directly he can just put her in a healthy body without all of the trouble. but stuffing. HATED that. especially because starfruit just did not tell him he was gonna do this

he and starfruit get into a physical fight and lime kills stuffing out of defense, since he was afraid he'd hurt starfruit (this tarnishes lime's relationship with starfruit, surprisingly, but not stuffing. lime believes that both of his fathers hate him, though)

starfruit puts stuffing in the puppet then sends him away due to stuffing's immediate anger with him. stuffing is VERY weak, hes like a walking plushie, so there was no fighting that he could do. eventually the robotics company at bonnie's nightcare gets a hold of him and tries to "reset his programming", only to find out that they kinda couldnt, since yknow...he's alive. so they attempt to give him the phone guy treatment, which doesn't fully work because he's not manufactured the same way, but sort of scrambled his brains in the same way shch mike's are scrambled. he's a LOT more irrational, a LOT more reckless, and a LOT more emotional

all he truly wants is to see his little sister again. if he sees someone who looks even slightly akin to her that person will oops! "accidentally" die! (he'd set up something and make it look like an accident) and then he'd take their souls and put them in the saddest day arcade machine, taking care of them almost like a toy? but not in a rough way, sort of in a "this is my favorite plushie im gonna dress it up and have tea parties" kinda way until something irks him as "oh, you arent sister-like enough" and he kicks the souls out and they just sorta bounce around until either a. they get to the flipside or b. possess something

he misses lime as well, but he has a hard time looking at him—he's afraid lime is angry at him for lashing out at starfruit like that, so the two dont have a full interaction until probably the flipside

but yeah. LONG YAP!!! osh (opposite shift) is fun tho i like it 😋
