Not really too bad actually. Drank some water and made a green smoothie with spinach, a banana, strawberries, and protein powder. Still sticking with my diet regardless of how much I drank last night, which really wasn't too bad.

I’m drunk. I’m almost complete naked and for some reason I’m riding a bike. It’s a stationary bike but I find that when I’m drunk and it’s really late at night I don’t want to go to sleep I just want to work out. Last time I was drunk I did yoga, this time I’m riding a bike that’s on a trainer. My friend threw up 3 times at the bar and I’m so chill right now I’m just like okay bike time. I’m just, I dunno, gotta do it. I just feel like I need to ride this bike and here I am. Riding a bike in the dark, it’s so dark. I’m in the basement and I’m kind of paranoid that I’ll wake someone up but they’re all up in the second story and I’m going slow so it’s not making too much noise I hope. I did all my squats and side steps and even the second day of planking. Which is so not easy. I feel bad cuz I ate cake and had like 4 drinks so I’m just riding a fucking bike. I feel so stupid but this is good right? It’s totally good? I don’t even drink that much this often so. If my friend isn’t hung over tomorrow we’re going to go to the lake again in the afternoon cuz he saw my pics and he thought it looked cool. It did I wanna see the lake again. I feel like I’m just rambling on so I’m just gunna keep pedaling this bike til I feel I’m tired and then go to bed. Night guys, you are all lovely people, I hope you sleep well.
