Time For Tea!
A few weeks ago I began a course of Dr. Stuart's Tea. I stumbled across the 'Skin Purify' tea online so I popped into Holland and Barrett to pick up a box, which you can also buy online here. It is β¬2.95 for 15 enveloped bags which works out as a two week supply. The tea doesn't have a strong taste and is a golden colour. Make sure to leave the tea bag brew in your mug for a few minutes for it to be most effective.
When I began taking the tea I didn't see any improvement, my skin actually got worse! I decided to stick with it and run the two week course. Eventually after I finished the box, I had noticed a huge difference and a clearer complexion. So if you don't have a lot of patience (like myself) bear with it, it has to get worse before it gets better.
Dr Stuart has a huge range of teas, some of his most popular are 'Triple Ginseng' for energy, 'Slim Plus' for suppressing your appetite and 'Liver Detox' for hangovers, all available in Holland and Barrett.
