Time For Tea!
A few weeks ago I began a course of Dr. Stuart's Tea. I stumbled across the 'Skin Purify' tea online so I popped into Holland and Barrett to pick up a box, which you can also buy online here. It is β¬2.95 for 15 enveloped bags which works out as a two week supply. The tea doesn't have a strong taste and is a golden colour. Make sure to leave the tea bag brew in your mug for a few minutes for it to be most effective.
When I began taking the tea I didn't see any improvement, my skin actually got worse! I decided to stick with it and run the two week course. Eventually after I finished the box, I had noticed a huge difference and a clearer complexion. So if you don't have a lot of patience (like myself) bear with it, it has to get worse before it gets better.
