Was thinking about Durarara (as usual) and I was imagining this Shizaya scenario in which both Kasuka and Izaya are in danger and Shizuo is freaking out because he can’t rescue them both. So Kasuka gives him this look that to anyone else would seem apathetic, but Shizuo is able to recognize it as him saying “save him, I’ll be fine” and then right before he can argue Ruri smashes through the wall and is like “I’m here to rescue you Hanajima-san” and Shizuo takes one look at her and knows his brother is in good hands (but not that he totally sent this girl flying at one point.)
