Letting go can be so very hard to do, no matter what it is that you’re letting go of. At this time of year the focus of letting go mostly falls on bad habits with the emphasis being on self improvement. This week I was sharply reminded by the death of a beloved colleague to cancer, that the process of letting go sometimes starts with a forced, harsh and numbing experience. Families and friends do not chose to let go of loved ones, but are forced to start that process. It is not one of choice. A blunt reminder that life is precious and that, before our chance passes us by, it’s so important to give ourselves permission to let go of things that are holding us back now...not tomorrow...if you envisage yourself in 5 years time what is it that you see yourself having completely let go of? Allow yourself to start that journey today... 🙏🏽 #lettinggo #hope #drkaurtherapy https://www.instagram.com/p/BsbakWdBm67/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=m1ixy8o02p4d
