January - December, 2017
uuuuuuh, oops forgot to make a new years day post before i left out for the weekend, whatever tho, here I am, fashionably late.
I’m uh not making one of those “best of each month” posts since I moved blogs (kind of a big regret on my part) and since I’ve only been active on this blog for like, two months, whats the point?
So I thought I’d just make a collage of my art from the beginning of January to December! (With a shitty blue tint layered over it haha, I think it makes my art look better together).
Anyway, I thought I’d just bring up that last year, was.. eh whatever?? I feel like I didn’t do anything last year but every time I look back at my photos on my phone or my Instagram, I noticed I did a lot, including with my art! 2017 out of 10.
2017 was a great year for me art wise I think and I’m hoping 2018 will be even better, I’ve got a lot to improve in myself. I’m looking to draw even more than I did last year, which brings me to my 2018 resolution, which is the same as last years, “draw more!”. But I did have another resolution besides that, I also want to flesh out my OCs, start a short story comic or make small comics in general, maybe some zines idk. Whew hoping big for this.
Also!! New year, new folder. Blegh feels weird to start a new folder man.
I’ve noticed last year’s folder came out huge in the end, makes me so proud! It may not seem like much to some or maybe a lot others but its over 2 GB and dang thats bigger than the previous years haha.
Last little bit, I hope anyone who gets this far in this post has a good year, hope you get to fulfill your resolution, or at least for most part have a good time. Peace!
