How Soon Is Now
Edge of the knife We’re dancing with danger I feel our blood collide Electrified, my soul is rearranging Cross my heart, hope to die I’ll dance with you on the knife

Dresage releases new single ‘Who I Am’
In between scoring films and empowering other female artists to take autonomy over their own work by learning production, singer/producer/composer Keeley Bumford explores sound and texture through her dreamy indie art pop project, Dresage. 'Who I Am' is the leading single from Dresage’s entirely self produced forthcoming sophomore EP Terror Nights / Terror Days. The song was created during a solo writing retreat on the central coast of California. Overlooking the hypnotic, cloudy water, Bumford explored her own anxiety and depression; sculpting a sonic dream state out of synths, vocal harmonies and jarring rhythms. Not one to hold back the honest details of her thoughts, she meditates on what it means to a human and artist in 2020, always eager to excavate the meaning of it all. “'Who I Am' is a song written in the depths of self alienation," explains Bumford. "That murky lens you watch yourself ruining your own experience through. It’s being uninvited to your own party, watching beautiful fluid dancers sway to a rhythm while you’re cemented to the same ground that keeps you from leaping. Through this, the message manages to become a mantra and evolution to the other side of it all where pastures of self acceptance, possibility and growth are waiting for you."
