Dreams do come true. Many of you don't know me personally but I went to Parsons, an elite design school in New York City. In every endeavor, I am always an artist first. But I always believed that my "success" was related to my job title, my position, my achievements in my field. I worked hard, sacrificed a lot, moved across the country, acquired a lot of debt and secured the job I thought I should have. Don't get me wrong - that experience was crucial, it shaped me but at the same time I did not feel fulfilled the way I thought I might. I've always struggled between being a creator and being of service to others, I felt the two were not united in any way, art is self serving, service can be draining - until one day it became clear, FOOD was my way to both be an artist and of service. Somehow, now, I've made this my reality, creating food daily, using whole ingredients fresh from the garden. It totally lights me up and let's me give back. I have big goals for #livecleankitchen , Thank you for the continued support, can't wait to see what comes next.
