The first thing that Cobra Commander thought when he woke up, was that he was going to kill Mindbender. The second thought was wondering why he was surrounded by water.

“Commander! Your awake!” Exclaimed the former dentist, “now due to some… Unfortunate lab accident that happened… we uh… have some bad news.” The commander didn’t like where this was going. Now as long as you promise not to get mad, I can show you the damage.”

Cobra Commander rolled his eyes, “fine, I promise not to get too mad.” Not like that flimsy promise would stop him from yelling at the fool. Mindbender walked away and came back with a full-length mirror. The commander was speechless at what he saw in the mirror. Reflected back to him, was some pretty mermaid. If the joes found him, he and his organization would be done for. 

“Now I’m working on a cure, but it might take a few weeks.”

“A few weeks!” Cobra Commander snapped out of his stupor, “I can’t live here for a few weeks! I have an army to run!”

Cobra Commander felt ridiculous and heavy. Mindbender’s idea of beautiful had him in heavy gold jewelry and tight, see-through, clothes. The stocking made it impossible to move around, and a golden collar stopped him from turning back into his human form.

“Aren’t you the most beautiful thing!” Mindbender cooed as he rubbed the commander’s back. “Now I have to go, I can’t run an army by sitting in here with you~ Don’t worry, there’s a novel on the nightstand for you to read if you get too bored.” Mindbender placed a kiss on Cobra Commander’s cheek. The former dentist was too fast for the naga to bite and was out of the room before Cobra Commander could even turn his head.

“Flee for now, but I’ll still be here when you need to sleep.”

Most of the time, when Destro walked towards Zartan, the bounty hunter just rolled his eyes. But after watching the silver masked man panic and worry over Cobra Commander, all he could do was sigh.

“Zartan, as much as we have our differences, I have a job for you.” The bounty-hunter could hear how straining the words came out of the silver-headed man’s mouth.

“Of course, as long as you have the money.” Not that Zartan wanted to go off to hunt down whoever crossed Destro’s path, he had a bigger project that he was working on.
