ABSOLUTELY off-the-wall idea here, but i was rewatching an old comfort show of mine, Jonny Quest (1964), and i was struck by a resemblance...
Dr. Benton Quest (widowed scientist, single father) and "Race" Bannon (best friend, bodyguard (lover?)) just SCREAM Robby and Jack to me (it's past 2:30am, cut me some slack)
(maybe i'm typecasting because of Pope but i was thinking Noah as Dr. Quest and Shawn as Race)
(also their hair is very similar to the characters, okay, maybe i'm lazy)
going crazy trying to make these edits on a chapter i'm publishing about drag performance. i wrote the following pair of sentences:
