1. King’s Landing: Dubrovnik, Croatia
Since the season 2, most of the filming for King’s Landing, Red Keep etc have been done in the seaside Old Town of Dubrovnik. Some parts of Qarth(The first city Daenerys captured) are also shot here.
The most epic shots have been ‘Cersei Lannister’s Walk of Shame’ and the ‘Battle of Blackwater Bay’.
At Dubrovnik, you can sunbathe around the Pile (Blackwater Bay), Kayak around Lokrum (Qarth) or even take a walking tour of the city.

2. Astapor: Essaouira, Morrocco
This is technically not Westeros, but Ethos - the other beautiful continent from GOT. Anyways, the city of Astapor which was ruled by the mother of Dragons was shot in a beautiful seaside town called Essaouira, Morrocco close to the capital of Rabata.

3. Yunkai: Ouarzazate, Morocco
Some of Daenerys’s journeys were filmed at Atlas Studios in Ouarzazate and at Berber village of kasbahs Aït Benhaddou, which also provided the setting for Yunkai – the slave city where Danaerys takes with the Unsullied army. Found in Morocco’s Saharan Atlas Mountains region, Aït Benhaddou is 32km from Ouarzazate.

4. The Wall & Beyond: Reykjavik, Iceland
Most places beyond the wall were shot around Reykjavik, Iceland. The land of wildlings, the castles and the explorations beyond the wall.
The Svínafellsjökull Glacier is a breathtaking place. The shots of Jon Snow meeting the night king were shot here.

5.You know nothing, Jon Snow! - Lake Myvtan, Iceland
Remember the scene between Jon Snow & Ygritte? That was shot here. You wouldn’t want to miss this on your GOT tour. The Lake Myvtan is in Northern Iceland, remote areas. But there are hotels and tour operators handling GOT trips here.

6. Dorne Palace: Seville, Spain
Seville has been used for multiple scenes in GOT including Palaza de Torres in the town of Osuna just outside Seville, used for the Meereen War. The Royal Alcazar Seville was used as the Dorne Palace.
This is by far the most beautiful and packed city used for GOT shoot.
7. Braavos: The Girona City, Spain
Remember the times when Arya Stark was blind and was learning skills? That, the Braavos city was shot here at Girona. This again is a brilliant location in Spain with a lot of GOT themed walking tours.
8. King’s Landing: Valetta, Malta
Most of the King’s Landing show in the Season 1 was shot her in the 1000-year-old, walled capital city of Valetta in Malta. Some of the most memorable scenes including Ned Starks beheading were shot here.
9. Vaes Dothrak, Tollymore Forest: County Down, Northern Ireland
Some of the paths from Vaes Dothrak and Theon Grejoy’s season 3 escape attempt were shot here. Also, most of the in-transit shots were from the Mourne Mountains in the County Downe. They also have a GOT guided tour including the Giant’s Causeway which has been used for some beach scenes.

10. The King’s Road & Enchanting Forest: County Antrim, Northen Ireland
The Dark Hedges in the County Antrim was the location for the shot where Arya escapes the Lannisters. This well-hidden country back road in County Antrim stands in for the King’s Road north of King’s Landing in season two.
