And the flower watched as the monster, the Loox which was easy to guess from the one eye, get slammed right with that bat and well...There was suddenly a pile of dust on the ground. It was real lucky for the flower that monsters would just attack every thing human right? Made it much easier to egg it on especially when a certain old hag seemingly didn’t stick her neck into places that involved her. Wonder why though?

Speaking of the human, the kid knew his combat. Sure it took him a bit to get used to the whole soul avoiding but after that? He made every fight look like a breeze! But the flower wasn’t going to let him have ALL the fun soooo he’ll just sneak a vine attack on the other monster blocking his way.

Responsibilities at the castle had called her back, called her away from the people she cared about but the princess had little choice but to go. She hadn’t been able to even say goodbye. But now she was back and Ness was the first person she sought out, feeling terribly guilty she hadn’t been able to even tell him that she was leaving.  ❛ Ness ! Where are you ? ❜

❝ oh boy. ❞  this has not gotten off on the right foot, let alone any foot at all. the desire to try out human winter traditions isn’t without its risks, sure, but he is beginning to regret this stellar idea. not only does geno not know how to skate properly, but ness also seems to be having a lot of trouble. perhaps it’s more a matter of ness being an inexperienced child, meaning that he himself would do fine on the rink... or they’re both up an icy creek without a paddle.

❝ it can’t be that bad, right? don’t worry about it, ness! ❞ he waves from his seat beside the sheet of ice, his skates snugly strapped on. ❝ i’ll just figure it out and give you a hand, okay? it shouldn’t be long! ❞

however, it is with small reluctance that he begins to wobble to his feet, hands clung tight to the wood of the bench until he can no longer reach his arms that far. he manages to make it to full standing, albeit with... greater difficulty than he thought. he should have known that, for someone who fell flat on his face while trying to accustomed to walking, this was going to end only in agony. he feels like he’s going to tumble over if even the softest breeze blew against his back. needless to say, he does not like feeling this vulnerable and insecure.

                                                         he didn't take kindly to other psi users,                                                          especially when they're so friendly towards                                                          his twin brother. the chimera only stood there,                                                          tail angrily swishing around between his legs                                                          as a low rumble emitted from the ginger                                                          when the young raven boy had approached                                                          so nonchalantly.

“You mean to tell me you crossed an ENTIRE desert while just bein’ a friggin’ KID!?” A pause comes from the Incineroar until it’s broken by a yell.

“NOW THAT’S BADASS.”

Leaning in as he left two fists stamped to his hips, the large feline couldn’t get over the raw potential the child had before him. Not only had they been an accepted combatant in the Smash tourneys since the beginning, but they were an explorer-- a pioneer of the unknown. Even at such a young and premature age, Ness had done something that many adults all over the world would have killed to have the chance to do. There was something about them that was mystical aside from just their powers, and this Incineroar had just discovered it.

Fittingly, the excitement behind his discovery was as visible as the gleam of his sharp teeth. He spoke with an enthusiasm that revealed his thrill, but he also had a mysterious growl to his tone that proved without a doubt that he was already scheming something.

Sunny skips around curiously, gazing at what is in front of him. Grassy! Something falls from the sky, crashing down on his head. He looks at it with intrigue. Its round, white, though laced with red -- a “ball”!

His sleeves make his hands mitten-like, and he holds it in one such sleeve as he pulls out his journal to document.

He pays no mind to whose it might be until he’s finished writing -- and he starts looking for a mind nearby who might know.

Subtlety? What’s that?! The flower was tired of being mister nice and cute as soon as someone entered. He wanted to be a little jerk for once and what better chance then someone moronic kid in a baseball cap falling down? It still amused him to this day.
