you can't "work on" others, you can't do things "for" others. you can only work on you, you can only do the things you do and thats how we help each other.

One of my favorite things about tumblr is seeing someone make a post about something they hate or think is toxic....and then not 10 minutes later they are doing or saying exactly that thing...

Everything that irritates us about others can lead to deep truths and a deep understanding of ourselves. As humans we tend to dislike things in others what we also dislike in ourselves, rendering us feeling false projection, being bothered by someone else and most likely not even consciously realizing it is because of something you dislike in yourself. Take care to heal your past, your anger and resentments, rather than taking them out on those around you. It’s easy to unconsciously project and place blame on others for things you are insecure about yourself. It’s worth it to seek out and find what you need to begin on the path of the healing process.

Just saw an absolutely wild comment section on tiktok where people were basically saying, I didn't ask to be born and thus no one else should have kids lmao

Next time you have the urge to ask someone how they are feeling, ask yourself first.
