Lots of visualization, easier if you don't struggle with aphantasia as we've learned a lot of our followers do, but if you can't visualize, making the space in a video game and learning the layout in a way that you can cleanly think about navigating it like you would your outerworld home for example, can be a big help in forming a headspace.
If you can visualize, using a game to create the space can still help so you know what it looks like, and then visualizing yourself(ves) in that space can help loads. Hell, our inworld home is just our outerworld home with modifications and frankensteined with VRChat worlds we liked. There's really no rules on what it can "look" like, so long as you can picture yourself in that space!
