So I fell in love with @michelle.rises calendar so I had to steal it.... Anyways I'm not going to beat myself up terribly because 2 months - 22 lbs evens out to be about 10 lbs a month which is decent. I just really should have tried harder in February. But you know how birthday months are. January felt great so I'm determined to have March feel more like January then February. NSV: From last year to this year I dropped my cholesterol 35 points and it's now within healthy limits...
