When I was still grieving my three-year relationship with my ex, I found the song “Be With You” by The Ridleys on Spotify. It had been almost a year since we broke up when I first listened to it. Hindi pa sila gaanong sikat yata noon, or maybe I just hadn’t heard about them yet.

Nag-message pa nga ako sa page nila sa Facebook. On June 11, 2024, I said, “I like the ‘Be With You’ song. I knew from the moment I heard the intro that I would love it, and it didn’t disappoint. I’ve also listened to some of your songs on Spotify. You have this vibe that makes me feel like I’m in a music video. Parang may memory akong nakabaon na nauungkat because of your songs. Ganun yung feeling.”
Di ko naman ineexpect kung magre-reply sila o hindi, so I sent another message: “Bat ganon, The Ridleys? Pag pinapakinggan ko songs niyo, parang gusto kong ma-in love pero at the same time umiyak? Parang ang dami kong naaalala. Paano niyo nagagawa yun ha??? Tama na kayo. Charot 😭🥹 Parang may memories akong nakabaon na nauungkat because of your songs, whether happy or sad. 🥹”
Haha. Wala lang. It would be nice to be treated with good intentions, just like the lyrics of that song, ‘no?
Anyone is capable of cheating. Ngayon you’re sooo in love sa kapartner mo and all full of promises that you will be honest and loyal to him/her but no one knows if months or years from now hindi ka mag gigive in sa temptation na magcheat. That’s why love is a choice talaga. “Pipiliin ka sa araw araw” easier said than done. Nakakamiss lang may lovelife no? Kasi iba ang tropa iba rin ang pamilya, sila may mga partner sila, may mga hinihintay sila makauwe, eh ikaw na single na walang naghihintay? Saan uuwe ang puso mo? Yun ang madalas ko nararamdaman kaya empty ako. Yss sanay na ako pero minsan hinahanap ko rin yung feeling na may something, may kilig to the bones, may late night person, yung sakin at ako.lang ang gusto o mahal.

currently super stressed out with the fact na ang bagal ng sketch up ko i could be done with so much more stuff if my sketchup didnt lag every 5 minutes and no im not exaggerating
pero anyways here i am switching from laptop to desktop and back again trying to make the most out of tonight and trying not to get stress get to ne kasi if i just give into stress everyone will get affected
so yeah, other than that, i forced myself to change my sleeping habits from sleeping at 12 or 1 AM to waking up at either 7 or 8 AM the next morning so i could do alot for a day but today was just hard so i slept in and had to run some errands pa so yeah here we are

Life Update: So eto nga mga mami, nag te tea ako since dec. 23 para sa Flat stomach (yeheey!) hanggang ngayon, so far so good kasi di na sya bumpy like may beer belly ako( pero di naman ako umiinom talaga as in) . Sa skin naman e, one week nakong nag aaloe gel, nawala na yung mga scars ng very light pero iba yung freshness nya pag gising mo, very fresh talaga 'day! Di pako stress sa Work and masaya pa naman ako sa paligid ko so far.

Webtoon Log: Girls of the Wild's
I finished Girls of the Wild's a while ago. It was about a MMA all girls school taking a step of becoming co ed. The first male student was Jaegu Song and everyone was obsessed over him, especially due to the fact that girls could get credits by being his mentor. Overall, the webtoon started off as an action packed fighting anime , but later on it became a cheesy romance. A love trio, drama, all that. I was a bit disappointed but I was also proud that girls got the mainstream stigma most of the time, though it wasn't in the best way at certain points. I would say the girls were sometimes sexualized which was ehhh. But I'm content with the 260ish episodes I read through.
Please do try it out! The art style surrounding the fighting scenes especially can help aspiring artists to learn more about the stances and different poses. I do have to acknowledge the long dedication the author had throughout the series! Thank you ZHENA!!!
