Starbucks has made a strategic investment and since it's online.That means it's appealing to starbucks all over the world.And they decided to invest in this university, and this is an employee benefit and your employee benefits matter.As I sat down with all these highly talented individuals and they would dig through the benefits and who had the better benefits and going with that company.Not only the benefits they wanted also to develop.Since they were young, they wanted to move up.They wanted to find a good mentor and so they would share between themselves and this is legal from these consulting firms, which partners to go with and which partners not to go with.And for what reasons... but again, you might be the exception to the role, so you take it in, you analyze it.And maybe their dynamics fits you better.Sometimes you might be the diamond in the rough for them where everybody else.They don't work with well, but you could be the exception to the world.And I'll give you one extreme one girl ted bundy never killed. And also she was his best friend.. i found out by somebody who was analyzing him and reading it.And they wanted to know why he didn't kill this girl.He had so many opportunities, but he didn't.And she was his only friend.. so i'm using an extreme example, but you need to figure these things out for yourself.So you take in the information and see if it's right for you.. So that individual that everybody says, stay away might be somebody that you fit with well... what happens with it?The information protects them too.Because people aren't trying to be with them because they don't fit... so both people end up in the right place...

This is what people don't understand if you're not the right fit. It becomes a very destructive relationship and then you don't end up making it... Even going down different directions, they don't help each other out. They don't complement each other. So they constantly struggle financially and in other areas of their life, truly.. so the brain used to come into martial arts, reeking of alcohol. My father, I grew up with it because he couldn't stand being around my mother. He would just sit at the bar. And while he was there he would drink. And then he slept in a separate bedroom. This is where I figured out women can be unbelievably emotionally killing my mother tormented the hell out of my father.My father never opened up his mouth in reply.Never hit her or anything.He would just drum himself in the bottle... so I found out when they talk spousal abuse.I've seen this with other friends.Sometimes the female beats on the male and they just take it which i've had friends that had that.But other times the female is just incredibly mentally cruel to them, and it never comes up.The mental cruelty because there's no physical contact and you can't call the police, because she's psychologically tormenting you.. Which is b s because with assault, it doesn't have to be physical..

So all the leg shakers, all the tailgaters, they're continuously assaulting me that guy last night at Wendy's, he assaulted me... continuously, assaulting me on an everyday basis. There may now be no physical contact, it's just a threat of harm. Whether mentally or physically...

I'll give you an incident with Tatum. O'neill, who became emotionally unstable because of our drug use. But the reason to use the drugs is that john used to keep cocaine in his safe one ounce, and they agreed the cocaine guy could have a key to their apartment. He was led up with the doorman, and he could enter the residence on his own. And he had the combination to the safe, which she was not supposed to have the combination to the safe.. well, she got the combination to the safe and would start doing the drugs. He didn't know the money the guy charged him. He didn't follow his accounts. Unlike the financial plan, I did with Oprah, he taught her to review every item. To cut the checks and everything originally. So she could see the costing, and what people were purchasing how much it was costing so she could understand the cost of operations. It was a white guy, but the first white guy stole from her. He was a financial planner, but he robbed her. She fired him eventually caught him and fired him. But no prosecution, the second guy taught her how they get more financially literate. This led to better things like in the green room. She would see the costing as somebody complained about certain foods which they did. She would adjust things and that's when people complained about paying taxes on the gifts. She double bonus.. but also she became much more selective in the people she dealt with. She was investing more in them. She became much more selective, and who was coming into her audience who was becoming her guest, which included rosie o'donnell, didn't apply any of her model. She was supposed to take over, and the show was supposed to continue, but she failed. And so Oprah closed it down.. the thing isRosie didn't come as a fly on the wall and Oprah and Oprah didn't see her interview guest and try her out. And this is what they do in doctor practices. Now for the transaction, they bring in the doctor and the doctor mirrors them everywhere in the practice. And then he gets independent client feedback on the person, because sometimes he has to fire that person. Sometimes he can change them other times they release them. You're not the one I need for transition. And they get rid of them.. so they say for this practice, you don't work. But my friends who are buying medical practices figured this out and tied the doctor to the practice, and then had a transition period until they found the right doctor they had to stay in the practice.. they had the mentor and did a physical handoff to all their clients... introducing them as their new doctor and then sitting down and going over their medical situation with them in the room and them having any comments for them... and why social media doesn't work, because they have parameters, and you can truly never know that person because they're filtering... instead of reaching out to them and asking do you need assistance? And trying to help with the situation they censure, the person I told my bosses, always tells me how you feel. I don't care good, bad, or ugly... but again, you don't get the story.Social media is a bunch of garbage. That's why he published the book everybody lies.And he said anything on social media, is it worth anything?Because it's a bunch of garbage.All these people are faking everything.So all the data is garbage, and it doesn't mean they desire it.They're just doing things, they think other people might like so.It doesn't give you data on them either.. and then you don't know who they're trying to appeal to.So he said that the data is pure garbage, and I agree.It's not worth the paper.It's printed on and since it's not the digital currency.It's garbage...

That's the First Amendment... Why did they put it in there? So people can air their grievances. How they felt they didn't care about gender about race or anything. There was none of that garbage lawyers created to create censorship. So they can sue now there are environments, and it's not the time and place that is correct.. but do you know how many times I could have sued the asian church? I could have sued the small group. I could have charged all these people with racism and discrimination in every freaking form.. 😒 So believe me, but I want to peel back the onion, and I want to know what's going on. And what's driving the anger.. and through that, you experience lots of negativity...

Getting off of this, but just to finish with Tatum, the guy was refilling it, and he just charged John made the payments. He never realized that she was doing cocaine in the safe, which made her very emotionally unstable, which made John very. He's already unstable. He can't be with somebody who's unstable. I told Dona this. I can't be with you because of instability. You have to be stable in a certain way. That way, my negativity doesn't feed your negativity, and your negativity doesn't feed my negativity, and we're gonna end up in a very bad place.. but what happened once she started doing it? She started getting erratic, and he's already erratic. And there you go, it just blew up. But he should never have had the drugs in the house in the first place. So truly ultimately it was his fault.. 👋 he created his own nightmare... and truly he didn't do it, but just at the parties. And so he wasn't addicted, but back in New York in that time period like here in Chicago people. I walked into the whole party with mounds of cocaine on the table. It was just a party favor for everybody... so very rich parties in New York and other places. It would just be on the table, then anyone could help themselves. It was just a party favor.. john was just being a good host, truly back then. It was considered very polite... yes, it was against the law, but no one ever called the police on them. I can give you a guy'd owns multiple car dealerships walks into his house and there's a pile on his table, and it was just being polite. It was like any other party favor... 🥳 🎉... but the transactions to him were nothing. He's making unbelievable millions, so it didn't matter how much an ounce cost. And if he had to refill it every day he didn't pay attention to his money transactions, not until it was too late. This all came out... so these are relationships that can be saved... cause, if you drive down the understanding then you know, the catalyst. If you can take the catalyst out. Now the point is, are they too fundamentally changed? And now they need individual therapy for realigning the neurological, and that might take even longer. And they have to decide together, when the cutoff is going to be... so you have to set this beyond a certain date. Because if not, then you're miserable, both of you for the rest of your life, and so it has to be agreed upon. And as you're moving towards it, you can see that it's not going that way. And so the therapist and that person need to start redirecting the relationships and get a dating counselor and start putting together their profiles and slowly. But surely transition out of the relationship... but if things are handled, right? Maybe it could have been saved, but again, maybe not... 🤔

But I listened to this author talk, and he said, I got sick and tired of these people lying about their stuff, and their actions, getting to know them outside, truly, he did research from what they posted to what they were really like. And he found out the untruth, and then he looked at the divorces and broken relationships and unrealistic expectations... why are you not doing this for me? You should be doing this. My husband stinks my boyfriend stinks. My family sucks... This is why the bible says the truth sets you free. You know how things truly are... They get better, that's great. Then, you see, things are positively trending... but as I listened to him talk, he said, I can't believe the wreckage. All these layers are doing to people's lives, and they have these false things. And that's why it matters to me. The truth, nothing, but the truth, so help me god... You can shift your paradigm and say that was, then this is now, and I'm making fundamental changes. And that's allowed Don Conley yes says that he was a big sales guy, and he told his clients, I have the right to change my mind. It is based on the best information. Now and if things shift or if I come up with better information, I'm gonna go ahead and change my position. Do you agree? He goes through this premise of getting the clients to agree. And he takes notes and then if they ever say, well, you know, you never. And he's like right here, I told you, then I have the right to change my mind, and that means we need to move life insurance or nudies, or these investments for this reason... 🤔 but he's with Putnam, and I highly recommend...

So again, you can tell people that you're changing, and the whole point is, if they're truly your friends, they will help. I help. Many of my friends have become clean like my ex-girlfriend Michelle, who stopped doing drugs and alcohol. So every date we went on, truly. When I was around her, that wasn't part of our life. So we went to the movies, and we watched movies. We did other things... but the thing is, those other people weren't her friends. They beat her. They weren't happy that she improved her life. They actually made her life very horrible. And she used to cry to me and then eventually she left the state because she didn't want to run into them when she went out. She would run into them all over the place. And they constantly made her cry.. so I lost my girlfriend because I chose to stay here with my family and didn't want to move to Florida. She wanted me to move with her and she said, Don't worry about money. I'll take care of everything. Just move to Florida with me and I said, well, I can't leave my brother, John... that's what I told her number one John wouldn't have anyone else to do the. Rent with two to split the bills with and then he would be left on his own. And I can't leave him high and dry, and I just came back from Arizona, and I don't want to leave my family. So I can't abandon my brother and I don't want to abandon my family. So I can't move to Florida.. and she said she couldn't stay.. and she told me she found a new boyfriend. This is after she went, and this is fine, and yes, I cried a lot, but he owned boats in Florida, and he used to take her to the Bahamas, and she ended up working for Rico who used to be our assistant. Gm, and she was in the adult entertainment field... but I guess he ran a bunch of places throughout Florida, and she was going to work under him... but the thing is, my family doesn't know this. I never told my brother and the things I sacrificed.. and then they stab you in the back. And it's like all this s***. I've done for you. It's just because you don't know about it doesn't make what you've done to me, right... it's like platinum wealth solutions. Every single one of them in there everybody who came through, I did immense favors for every single one of them helping them with issues internally helping them with issues externally, helping like Deborah, when they fired her or let her go. I helped post her resume. She moved to Arizona, and I introduced her to places and helped her. Now she's a black girl... and we were good friends... and what do we bond over trying to find holistic cures for aches? And 😢 😭
