In Japanese folklore, Dodomeki is a youkai "depicted as a human woman...cursed with...long arms covered with hundreds of bird eyes due to its habit of stealing money."
Was getting in my own head about my drawing abilities, so went off-canon to take the pressure off :) ended up having lots of fun with this Louise design!!
