India's Right to Health Bill Ensuring Universal Access to Healthcare Services

The sky is faded over with black and the ground around the school is glazed over with a layer of fog,  the students remain in their dormitories as a loud voice echoed throughout the school,

“Attention students today will be the first day of your in dormitory studies, you may visit your class mates dormitories, you may also leave campus and visit other places around Uladh but remember the time frame tomorrow is a normal day of school so make sure you either rest up for tomorrow or make today count, good luck with your studies young milletians ” Ruairi's voice comes to an end followed by a loud beep signaling the day to begin,

“Hey are you alright man? You had us worried sick yesterday” asks link as he enters Kankuro’s dorm room,

“Yeah i'm fine just a bit sore though” responds Kankuro laughing before uttering a noticeable sigh,

“Are you sure you’re okay man? I mean mentally,not just physically” link says looking around the room,

“Oh...actually i’m fine Link, hey doc was here earlier looking for you, you should go see what he wanted” Kankuro mumbles out as his eyes begin to lower more and his grip begins to tighten, Link walks out of the dorm with even considering saying goodbye, as the door slams he quickly says to himself as his face reddens,“I’m guessing he doesn’t know that Doc is roommate, you’d think he’d know from the whole controversial thing that sprung up, with me being an elf and him being a giant”, link walks back to his dorm.  He comes to a stop halfway as he sees hero in a pink dress running towards Kankuro's room, “Oh you have got to be kidding me” Link quickly opens up his door and yells inside for Doc, “Yo Doc! Get the hell out here now!!!”,

“Umm...I’m kinda in the middle of something here” Doc yells back nervously and chuckling a bit,

“Doc what the hell could you be doing at 6am?” Link says walking into the dorm and closing the door behind him, he struts through the living room and looks around a bit,  

“Shhh, if we don’t make a sound he’ll go away” Doc whispers to someone in his room,

“Okay i’ll quiet down” whispers a female voice, as she says this link bursts into Doc’s room, only to find Doc and Amphyllis playing around with random pieces of paper,

“What the hell are you two doing?” Link shouts as he stares at the two,

“We are making cranes, it seems as though each one we make we get more experience in production” replies Doc, playing with the cranes,

“So all you guys are doing is making cranes and playing with them”  sarcastically says Link as he shakes his head,

“Actually yes that’s exactly what we are doing” Amphyllis says as he face turns red slightly, she then stands up quickly and rushes past Link, “I have to use the restroom i will be back in a moment” Amp slams the door to the bathroom and link’s eye shoot towards Doc,

“I think you scared her link” says Doc as he grabs another stack of paper,

“Doc you are way to innocent for your own good” link says quietly as he walks away from Doc’s room, Amp walks out of the bathroom and walks back into Doc’s room,

“Welcome back  Amp” Doc says as he closes his room door,

“Alright listen King if kaos catches me hanging out with you he’s gonna lose it”  iose whispers as she and king began to walk away from her Dormitory,

“Remember we can’t go too far I heard that there were a few fomors running around in the area none too dangerous but still you never know” whispers king as he grabs a hold of iose’s hand and smiles at her softly,

“Hey king I was wondering if your friend was alright”  asks iose as she looks around,

“...” King hesitates for a moment then responds in a low toned voice, “Yeah.. he’s alright just a bit shaken up by the whole thing”

“Are you okay king?” iose asks as she walks in front of him and stops blocking him from walking any further,

“Yeah i’m fine, let’s just talk about something else” implies as king as he pushes out a fake smile, when he does this iose presses forward and hugs him tightly,  a tear is frozen as it falls from his face, king quickly wipes his icey face before she can notice and pulls out a whistle and backs out of the hug with iose,

“Let’s have some fun shall we” says king releases a big smile and blowing into his whistle, “Summon Lightning Draco!” king yells out causing lightning to crash from the skype onto the ground summon a massive lightning dragon,

“WOAH! King is that yours!” iose screams as her eyes widen

“Yeah it was a gift from my parents before they shipped me to this school hop on i’ll take you to my favorite place in uladh” king says as he gives her a party badge, “Put that on to show that you are with me we can track each other outside of the school with it so if one of us gets lost we’ll be able to find each other no problem” king smiles as iose nods at him and places the badge on, she then hops on his dragon as he gets on  the dragon begins to run towards the exit as it lifts into the air,

“So how are you feeling baby?” Hero says as she sits next to kankuro in his bed,

“I’m fine...how are you?” kankuro responds struggling a bit to sit up,

“I’m just great, so why was that little elf man in here?” says hero as her nice sweet smile turns into deadly glare,

“He was just checking in on me to see if i was alright” responds kankuro quietly,

“That was kind of him but i want you to tell him that there is no need for that and that he shouldn’t worry” says hero as she grabs her bag and looks closer at Kankuro,

“Wha..What are you doing?” screeches Kankuro, as he opens his mouth to scream hero shoves a spoon in his mouth and smiles,

“You look like you are hungry so, i’m going to feed you” she yells out as she begins shoveling spoonfuls of cherry gelatin into his mouth,

“So Doc what do you wanna do now?” Amphyllis says leaning against his shoulder, doc looks at her and does respond, he then bursts out into laughter as he grabs her hand and exits the dormitory with her,

“So dude why are we here again?” asks Sursy as she looks at Kaos confused,

“We are doing some detective work right now, i saw iose get onto kings dragon and fly off” responds Kaos as he looks around,

“Why can’t you just let them hang out together, you act like she’s just gonna run off with this guy and never be seen again” mumbles Sursy as she pouts a bit but tries to follow Kaos’s glance,

“Because that guy is a scumbag and i hope he doesn’t survive the trip through Uladh” shouts Kaos furiously,

“But Kaos what if your sister can’t protect herself without him, you know you are wishing death onto her as well, and just between you and me she’s pretty weak” yells Sursy as she moves closer to kaos,

“Damnit! You’re right she isn’t able to protect herself but he is too weak to protect her, we have to find them before she gets hurt” yells out Kaos, Sursy quickly hugs him and begins to whisper into his ear, “Let her make her own mistakes, when she fails you will have the privilege of telling that idiot that you told her so” a devilish grin is then flashed by Sursy as she grabs his hand and lures him into the pathway to dunbarton.

“Woah!!!! This place is beautiful” iose screams out as her eyes widen and she flares a wide smile,

“Thanks, it’s my favorite place here in Uladh” king says slowly inching towards iose more, she then sits onto the ground and pats the ground next to her signalling for him to sit as well, he sits down in the grass and looks forward at the massive waterfall in the distance, iose lays her head down onto kings shoulder and grabs ahold of his hand,

“So iose i have to ask you something…”nervously blurts out king,

“Yeah what’s up?” iose says blushing slightly as her black hair drapes over his shoulder where she lay her head,

“I was wondering, why does kaos hate me?” whisper king tightening the grip he has on iose’s hand slightly,

“Yes, he seems determined to make your life hell, all because of something that happened in the summer” replies iose lifting her head up and looking at his icy blue eyes,

“What do you mean? We haven’t met at all before this school year” asks king as he tries to remember if he had,

“When you went to the orientation festival 3 weeks before day 1, he was the guy in the sheep robe that you decided to throw ice cream at, and he has sworn to ruin your life.” iose says laughing,

“That was him? Damn i didn’t even know” responds king as he layed back in the grass staring directly up into the trees blocking the sky's view, the sound of the waterfall fills the air as they lie there silent relaxing together,

“Hehe Doc we have completely mastered the art of production!” Amphyllis yells out in a very joyous tone, clinging to Doc’d arm,

“It took us awhile but we did it and that’s all that matters” responds doc smiling and lying his head on top of hers,

“Kankurooooooooo are you awake?” hero cries out rushing into his room once more,

“Uhh no i’m sleeping” answers kankuro as he sits up in his bed smiling at hero

“Well what are you dreaming about?” asks hero as she sits next to him,

“The most beautiful girl in the world” says kankuro grabbing onto hero’s hand,

“Oh? And who might that be?” blushed Hero as she began to stare into kankuro’s eyes,

“It’s you Hero...I love you” whisper kankuro, the moment he says this his and hero’s lips meet almost instantly, a tear falls from her face as she hugs him tightly,

“I love you too Kankuro!” shouts heros with tears of joy streaming down her face,

“Kaos i don’t know if you know this or not, but you are the best thing that has ever happened to me” Sursy says as she places her head onto his chest and hugs him tightly, Kaos stands there shocked and motionless, unable to utter a response, he wraps his arms behind her back and holds onto her before whispering,

“I won’t ever let you out of my life”, Kaos kisses the top of her head and holds her in his arms for a bit,

“Alright it’s time to initiate plan kill a hoe” link says to himself as he begins to load his quiver up with 1000 arrows, he grips his long bow tightly as he prepares to take action against hero,
