Were you there before mounts? When you had to run from Tir to Emain on foot? When the only servers were Tarlach, Ruairi and Mari (before Alexina was added)? When Peaca and that damn Banshee were THE shit to beat? When Dunbarton was everyone's marketplace? When getting your pally transformation was the biggest flex and that G2 quest took an eternity? When you had to plan your life around moon gates? When ranking Windmill was pure psychological warfare? When all you did was slaughter wolves outside Tir because it was one of the only decent grinds? When everyone camped Sen Mag waiting for Fleta? When getting the Golem Slayer with a Single Blow title was legendary? When G2 dropped and you'd hear dozens of Paladin transformations going off at once? When you'd rebirth and buy that stupid age potion just to turn back into a kid? Nao Soul Stones weren’t just items, they were cutscenes! Fade to white, divine intervention, full heal, Nao gracefully exiting stage sky. And if you ran out… you stayed dead, bargaining in party chat for a Phoenix Feather like it was your last hope. I also remember thinking I was making the coolest decision ever by becoming a Black Knight instead of staying a Paladin. Turns out the infra black design was kind of ass and I missed my Champion wings. I definitely spent more money on Nexon Cards than I should've chasing the Bolero Jumper Skirts (thanks to the asdfghjkl gachas). My mom got so mad at teenage me 🤣. The only win was somehow pulling a Jester Robe once. I MISS MY SPIRIT WEAPON, HER NAME WAS DOREMI 😭. Yes, I absolutely paid for premium just to get that lil Brownie NPC when I decided to sell my shit. People that tried to show off wtv stood at the Dunbarton's Bank steps. LASTLY, the only thing that has stayed consistent through every generation is that Ferghus and Nexon still sucks.

I played that game for nearly 10 years, so unless you were there pre-Iria update, I’m not really considering your input and I’m going to need post-Iria players to sit this one out.
